O que os rankings de 2021 estimaram
Os números vieram de dois programas de entretenimento, em relatos publicados em datas diferentes. Eles apontam para a posição de destaque do BTS, mas usam contagens e valores que não coincidem.

A diferença entre os valores não deve ser lida como uma alteração comprovada na renda do grupo: os artigos apresentam estimativas de programas distintos, com escopos e contagens diferentes. “Taxa de modelo”, renda publicitária estimada e dinheiro efetivamente recebido não são necessariamente a mesma coisa.
O que esses valores comprovam — e o que não comprovam
Os relatos sustentam uma afirmação delimitada: em 2021, programas de televisão citados pela imprensa colocaram BTS no topo de estimativas de renda publicitária. As fontes não publicam contratos, método independente de cálculo, divisão dos valores entre integrantes e empresa, nem montantes líquidos. Assim, ₩62 bilhões e ₩65 bilhões devem ser apresentados como estimativas reportadas, não como receita auditada.

Também não há base nesses relatos para afirmar que BTS continua sendo o artista que mais fatura com comerciais hoje. Uma comparação atual exigiria dados do mesmo período e critérios equivalentes, como taxas por campanha ou total anual, quantidade de marcas, inclusão de colaborações globais e confirmação dos valores.
Por que aparece também uma cifra de ₩3–5 bilhões por comercial
Em 2019, a Edaily repercutiu a fala de um participante de programa de TV segundo a qual fontes não identificadas do setor atribuíam ao BTS uma taxa de ₩3 bilhões a ₩5 bilhões por comercial. O artigo não identificou essas fontes nem apresentou contratos verificáveis. A faixa serve como registro de estimativas que circulavam à época, mas não confirma uma tarifa estabelecida nem pode ser multiplicada para deduzir a renda anual do grupo.
