The day included exhibits and fan activities, an RM program at 5 p.m. KST, and a fireworks show at 8:30 p.m. KST. The schedule below is historical; listed events, partner offers, and merchandise are not current listings.
What was the 2023 BTS FESTA schedule?
BTS FESTA marks the group’s debut on June 13, 2013. In 2023, the anniversary program extended across Seoul from June 12 through June 25, while the large in-person gathering took place at Yeouido Hangang Park on June 17. City landmark displays operated on different dates and hours rather than following one citywide schedule.
| Date and time (KST) | Program | Venue or access |
|---|---|---|
| June 12–25 | Festival-wide online and offline programming; purple lighting and media displays at selected Seoul landmarks | Across Seoul; each site had its own dates and hours. |
| June 17, noon | Yeouido event site opened | Yeouido Hangang Park |
| June 17, daytime | History display; “Run BTS” stage outfits from the “Yet To Come” Busan concert; anniversary monument; family portrait photo zone; member-curated playlist activity; temporary tattoo booth; BTS Live Screen; partner booths | Yeouido Hangang Park; some areas had restricted access. |
| June 17, 5–6 p.m. | “It’s 5 PM, and This is Kim Namjun,” an RM fan program | At the ARMY Lounge; also scheduled for the venue’s BTS Live Screen and Weverse Live, with delayed vertical-screen streaming on TikTok. Some areas were for pre-registered guests or raffle winners. |
| June 17, 8:30–9 p.m. | BTS 10th Anniversary Fireworks Show, set to BTS music with Jung Kook narration | Weverse Live, YouTube, and TikTok simulcasts were listed. |
What happened at the June 17 Yeouido event?

The park program combined BTS history and anniversary displays with fan-focused activities. Visitors could see the “Run BTS” outfits worn for the “Yet To Come” Busan concert, visit the anniversary monument and family portrait photo zone, and take part in the playlist activity or temporary tattoo booth. The venue also had a BTS Live Screen and partner booths.
RM program and fireworks
RM’s “It’s 5 PM, and This is Kim Namjun” was scheduled for 5–6 p.m. KST at the ARMY Lounge. The official notice listed venue-screen and Weverse Live viewing, plus delayed vertical-screen streaming on TikTok. The fireworks show followed at 8:30–9 p.m. KST, accompanied by BTS music and narration by Jung Kook; Weverse Live, YouTube, and TikTok were listed for simulcasts.

When and where were Seoul’s purple landmark displays?
The 2023 program included purple lighting and media displays at multiple sites, but their schedules varied. These are selected highlights from the official notice; check its venue-by-venue details for exact local hours, especially for sunset-relative lighting and one-off media displays.
| Site | Dates and hours listed |
|---|---|
| N Seoul Tower | Upper tower lit purple June 12–25; media façade June 13 and 17. |
| Some Sevit | Three-island lighting June 12–25, 7:30–11 p.m.; media façade at Some Yevit June 13–25, 5–8 p.m., except June 19. |
| DDP | Purple lighting and slogan beam June 12–25, 8 p.m.–midnight. |
| Lotte World Tower | Ten-minute lighting displays at 8 and 9 p.m. daily, June 12–25. |
| Seoul City Hall and Sejong Center | Evening displays June 13–25. |
| Banpo Bridge, World Cup Bridge, Yanghwa Bridge, and Yeongdong Bridge | Purple lighting during the evening windows stated in the official notice, June 12–25. |
| Seoul Outdoor Library at Seoul Plaza; Gwanghwamun Lounge | Seoul Outdoor Library: June 15–18; Gwanghwamun Lounge: June 17–18. |
Because individual sites did not share identical hours, the June 17 park opening time should not be treated as the opening time for every FESTA display.

Were FESTA merchandise and partner offers available?
Official partner listings documented historical retail, food, photo, airline, and hotel activities. Examples included limited-edition licensed anniversary T-shirts and official goods sales, partner pop-ups and themed food, a Photoism artist frame, anniversary airline items, and hotel activities. Those notices establish that commemorative products and promotions were part of the 2023 program; they do not establish current stock or confirm that a present-day marketplace listing is official. Check the seller’s identity, licensing, and current availability before buying.
