What happened to Syko Stu at the KnokX Pro event?
Jackson and Smith were expected to take part in a planned wrestling spot at the Los Angeles event. KnokX Pro later said that the planned segment turned into an “irresponsible act” of real violence. Additional reporting in 2026 attributed further medical details to Smith. Those reports said he was recovering from a severe traumatic brain injury, had suffered a shattered maxilla and had undergone or was recovering from bone-graft treatment.
Those later descriptions make the injury picture substantially more serious than the first hospital updates suggested. They should still be attributed to Smith or to the outlet reporting his account.
