When did Chapter 6 come out?
The Naruto Official Site announced on January 16, 2024, that Chapter 6 would arrive on January 19 (JST) in V Jump’s super-sized March edition. The site says dates and times are shown in Japan Standard Time unless otherwise specified. Read the announcement.
That January 19 date refers to the Japanese magazine edition. It is not a confirmed worldwide timestamp for when the chapter became available digitally.
Why does VIZ show a different date?
VIZ’s official English chapter page displays February 20, 2024. That is the date shown on VIZ’s listing; it should be kept distinct from the Japanese V Jump magazine date rather than treated as a correction to it. See VIZ’s Chapter 6 listing.

What time was it released digitally?
An exact historical digital release hour for Chapter 6 is not confirmed by the official sources available here. MANGA Plus describes Boruto: Two Blue Vortex as a monthly simulrelease title, but that general schedule does not specify when this particular chapter became readable in each region. So, if you are asking for a clock time, there is no verified Chapter 6-specific hour to give. The confirmed January 19 date is JST and tied to the V Jump edition; it should not be converted into an assumed app or global release time.
