Chapter 13 is already published. A secondary chapter summary identifies its central reveal as Koji Kashin showing Boruto his Prescience, before the story returns to the present and Jura restores Hidari. The official Naruto preview announced the Japanese V Jump issue timing; VIZ lists the English digital chapter on a different date.
When did Chapter 13 come out?
The dates differ by edition and region. The Naruto Official Site preview, published August 14, 2024, said the V Jump issue containing the next chapter would be released in Japan on August 21, 2024; the site generally uses Japan Standard Time for its dates and times. VIZ lists the English Chapter 13 digitally on September 20, 2024. These are separate publication timings, not conflicting dates for one release. Read the Naruto Official Site preview and see VIZ’s Chapter 13 listing.

What happens in Chapter 13?
A secondary chapter summary reports two major story beats: Koji Kashin reveals his Prescience to Boruto, and the narrative then returns to the present, where Jura restores Hidari. The Naruto Official Site preview confirms the chapter was forthcoming at the time, but it does not give a full synopsis. For the complete scene sequence, read the chapter itself through an official listing such as VIZ. The plot outline is from Boruto Colored’s chapter summary, not the official preview.
What is Koji Kashin’s Prescience?
In a later official franchise reference, Prescience is identified as a Shinjutsu wielded by Koji Kashin. It lets him see possible futures that branch into increasingly complex outcomes. The reference says the ability manifested after Amado transplanted Shibai Ōtsutsuki’s cells into Koji. This official explanation, published February 11, 2025, clarifies the power’s concept; it is not a scene-by-scene account of Chapter 13. Read the official Prescience entry.

No. VIZ’s September 20, 2024 English listing establishes that Chapter 13 has been published. MANGA Plus’s series page lists the ongoing monthly series and newer chapters, so Chapter 13 spoiler coverage is retrospective rather than a preview of an upcoming release.
