No—neither Ikkaku Madarame nor Yumichika Ayasegawa is confirmed dead in the official Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War episode summaries cited here. Both are defeated in battle, and later are cut down by zombified Hitsugaya, but those descriptions do not say that either man dies. This answer is scoped to the anime summaries; it does not claim that the final episode synopsis establishes their later fate.
Why viewers wonder if Ikkaku and Yumichika died
Masculine defeats them
In episode 18, “RAGES AT RINGSIDE,” the official summary says Kensei joins the fight against Masculine, who “has already defeated Shuhei Hisagi, Ikkaku Madarame, and Yumichika Ayasegawa.” That wording reports a defeat, not a death. Read the official episode 18 summary.

Zombified Hitsugaya cuts them down
Episode 23, “MARCHING OUT THE ZOMBIES 2,” describes Ikkaku, Yumichika, and Arrancars fighting Giselle’s zombies. It then says zombified Hitsugaya “mercilessly cuts down Ikkaku, Yumichika, and Charlotte.” The summary does not say that Ikkaku or Yumichika dies. Read the official episode 23 summary.
What the official material establishes
The official character page identifies Ikkaku as Squad 11’s 3rd Seat and Yumichika as its 5th Seat, and says Yumichika has known Ikkaku since their Rukon days. See the official character profiles.
