Why was Quinn evicted from Big Brother 26?
Kimo Apaka stayed in the house after the 4–2 vote against Quinn. The nomination sequence began when Makensy Manbeck used the Power of Veto to save Angela Murray. Head of Household Chelsie Baham then named Quinn as the replacement nominee, according to TV Insider’s September 13, 2024 exit interview.

Quinn described the loss in his September 13 interview with Entertainment Weekly: “Hearing that I got voted out was soul-crushing, to say the least.” He said he was devastated and surprised by the outcome; the 4–2 margin was especially hard to hear.
What did Quinn say about Leah declining the kiss?
Quinn’s response was that Leah was entitled to decline. “Leah refusing to kiss me in front of the whole house is fully within her right,” he told Entertainment Weekly. He added: “There is a little thing called consent that we need to respect.” He said he respected her choice.

The kiss prompt took place in a public group setting. A September 12, 2024 Us Weekly episode preview reported that Leah had privately said she had a crush on Quinn, while also describing her decision to decline the group kiss prompt and say kissing was not her style. The two details are not contradictory: reported attraction does not mean agreement to a particular kiss, especially in front of the house. Her refusal should not be treated as proof that she had no interest in Quinn.
What did Rubina give Quinn as he left?
Rubina Bernabe offered Quinn a friendship bracelet bearing the words “Jury Duty.” Quinn said he was too raw from the eviction to accept it right away, but later took the bracelet, according to the Entertainment Weekly interview.

Looking back, Quinn said he regretted putting Joseph Rodriguez on the block. He also said he would have kept his game upgrade more private from Angela and Kimo. Jerry O’Connell greeted Quinn after he left the house instead of the show’s regular host, Julie Chen Moonves. Quinn said he was surprised. TV Insider reported that O’Connell was filling in because Chen Moonves had COVID-19.
