Bianca Belair is still recovering from a broken finger that required surgery, and a recent update shows that therapy remains painful and difficult. A report by The Sportster, syndicated by Yardbarker and last updated March 4, 2026, says Belair shared footage and comments on her Instagram Stories. It does not give a date for her return to wrestling.
What injury is Bianca Belair recovering from?
The Sportster report says Belair broke a finger and underwent surgery. It also says she had not wrestled since WrestleMania 41. These details were reported by The Sportster and syndicated by Yardbarker; the Instagram Stories described in the report were not independently verified here. Read the Yardbarker report.
What did her recovery update show?
According to the report, Belair posted footage of herself doing physical therapy. The exercises shown included rolling a wooden cylinder back and forth with the injured finger and trying to rotate therapy balls in her hand. In a close-up, her other fingers bent while the injured finger remained stiff.
The report described what appeared in Belair’s footage; it did not present those implements or movements as treatment advice for other people.

What did Belair say about therapy?
The report attributes this statement to Belair: “Most days after therapy, this is what happens. My finger just stiffens back up. It feels like I’m constantly starting over, and every time it’s painful.” Her words describe her experience of recurring stiffness and pain after therapy, not a clinician’s diagnosis or prognosis.
