Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFor a small education channel in India, start with managed cloud playout rather than assembling a video infrastructure stack. StreamNeo is the first option to consider: upload recorded lessons, add your YouTube stream key, and it loops them from the cloud, with any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot and a free first day. YouTube also lists Gyre as a cloud-based option for 24/7 prerecorded streaming; compare its current India availability, plan, recovery, and support before choosing it. Build on Google Cloud or AWS only if you need a custom workflow and can own its engineering and operations.
Which cloud setup fits a continuous recorded-lesson channel?
The decision is less about finding a server and more about deciding who will manage the playlist, send the feed to YouTube, detect interruptions, and bring the stream back. For one YouTube channel whose main purpose is to play recorded lessons continuously, managed prerecorded-video playout is the most direct fit.
- StreamNeo — first option to evaluate. It is a cloud service for keeping a YouTube channel live from uploaded videos. Upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live; it loops the videos in the cloud, so a computer and home connection do not need to stay on. It includes 24/7 looping and playlists, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and support. The same plan features apply at any quality up to 4K 60fps as uploaded, with one flat price per slot. Its first day is free without a card.
- Gyre — a second managed service to investigate. YouTube Help lists Gyre as a cloud-based tool for 24/7 prerecorded streaming. That listing does not establish Gyre’s current India availability, price, plan limits, recovery behavior, or support terms, so confirm those points directly before committing.
- Google Cloud Live Stream API plus your own sender and scheduler — for a custom system. Google documents live transcoding to HLS and DASH, Cloud Storage integration, backup inputs, and Mumbai region support. The documentation does not establish a turnkey prerecorded playlist scheduler that pushes continuously to YouTube, and active channel sessions may restart after 24 hours. You must supply and operate the missing orchestration and YouTube sender.
- AWS MediaLive, MediaPackage, and CloudFront — for broader video delivery needs. AWS documents an encoding, packaging/origination, and CDN architecture for live delivery. This is a distinct delivery workflow, not evidence of an automatically complete YouTube-only prerecorded playout service. It may make sense when an engineering team needs more than a continuous YouTube feed, such as a separately operated delivery path.
StreamNeo is available at streamneo.com. For India-based creators, UPI and cards are accepted; card checkout is available worldwide. Its free first day is limited to one per account.
Compare ownership and operating fit before comparing cloud bills
| Setup | What is established | What you still need to verify or operate |
|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo | Cloud looping and playlists for uploaded videos to YouTube; automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream; up to 4K 60fps as uploaded, without re-encoding or quality tiers; 10 GB storage per slot, pooled across active slots. | Choose the billing duration and number of slots. Ask support about five or more slots. Protect the YouTube stream key and verify your content rights. |
| Gyre | YouTube Help lists it as a cloud-based option for continuous 24/7 streaming of prerecorded videos. | Current price, India availability, plan features, alerting, recovery behavior, support, and how stream keys are handled are not stated in the YouTube Help listing. |
| Google Cloud Live Stream API | Google documents live transcoding to HLS/DASH, Cloud Storage integration, backup inputs, Mumbai (asia-south1) support, and metered charges. An active session may restart after 24 hours. | You need a sender and scheduler for the YouTube feed, plus orchestration, monitoring, restart handling, source storage, and billing oversight. A turnkey prerecorded YouTube playlist workflow is not established in the documentation. |
| AWS MediaLive/MediaPackage/CloudFront | AWS documents an encoder, packaging/origination, and CDN architecture for its live delivery workflow. | Confirm regional availability and whether this architecture meets your YouTube-only need. You are responsible for the engineering and operations; the cited AWS cost example is not this channel’s estimate. |
Before choosing any provider, ask who creates and updates playlists, watches for unhealthy audio or video, responds to alerts, restarts a failed sender, rotates credentials, and keeps a second copy of the lesson library. A low headline infrastructure price is not the whole cost if you also need someone to operate the system.

Check YouTube eligibility and rights first
Confirm that the channel can livestream
YouTube’s live-stream eligibility guidance says the channel must be verified and must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days. Its stated minimum age is 16. Check eligibility before paying for a playout service or building a cloud pipeline.
Clear the rights in every recording
YouTube’s livestream terms place responsibility on the provider to have the rights needed to use the live content on Google services worldwide, including applicable music licenses and rights from other participants. Check lesson footage, slides, music, guest appearances, and any other material embedded in the recordings. A recording that was acceptable for classroom use is not automatically cleared for continuous public streaming.
For a practical review of recordings before they enter a loop, use the copyright safety checklist. A playout service does not grant rights to the material you upload.

Set the YouTube feed for reliable playback
Choose resolution, codec, and bitrate together
YouTube’s encoder guidance supports RTMP/RTMPS ingest, H.264, H.265, and AV1 configurations, and frame rates up to 60 fps. It recommends constant bitrate (CBR) and a two-second keyframe interval; the interval should not exceed four seconds. Bitrate is codec- and resolution-specific, so do not copy a setting from a different profile. YouTube’s listed H.264 examples are:
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
| H.264 profile | Minimum bitrate | Recommended bitrate |
|---|---|---|
| 720p at 30 fps | 3 Mbps | 8 Mbps |
| 1080p at 30 fps | 5 Mbps | 14 Mbps |
These are YouTube’s stated ingest recommendations for those H.264 profiles, not a promise that every source should be encoded at the maximum value. Use a profile that suits the lesson material and expected viewer connections. YouTube transcodes the incoming live feed for different devices and network conditions.
Use RTMPS and handle the stream key carefully
YouTube recommends RTMPS, which sends RTMP over TLS/SSL. Configure the selected playout service or cloud sender to use the RTMPS ingest destination when available, and enter the stream key only through the service’s intended credential field. Treat the key as a secret: anyone who obtains it could send a feed to the associated stream. Do not put it in public documentation, screenshots, or a shared playlist file.

YouTube Help states limits of up to 10 active streams per channel and three active streams per stream key. These limits matter if you plan parallel feeds or use one key for more than one encoder.
If you build the cloud pipeline yourself
A self-managed pipeline can work, but the cited Google and AWS material does not establish a ready-made, unattended prerecorded playlist-to-YouTube service. Treat the following as an architecture and operating sequence, not as a provider-specific click path: the exact console labels, service configuration, and sender implementation depend on the cloud design you choose.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →- Define the stream profile. Choose the source resolution, frame rate, codec, and target bitrate. Match the YouTube ingest profile to the material; for H.264 examples, YouTube lists 3 Mbps minimum and 8 Mbps recommended for 720p30, and 5 Mbps minimum and 14 Mbps recommended for 1080p30. Set CBR and a two-second keyframe interval, not exceeding four seconds.
- Choose the cloud region and media workflow. Google documents the Live Stream API in Mumbai (asia-south1), with live transcoding to HLS/DASH and Cloud Storage integration. AWS documents MediaLive, MediaPackage, and CloudFront for its own live delivery workflow. Neither description, by itself, supplies the complete prerecorded playlist scheduler and YouTube sender for this use case.
- Provide source storage and playlist scheduling. Keep the lesson files in the storage location your workflow expects, retain a second copy, and configure an ordered playlist or schedule. Decide how updates are published and what happens if a file is missing, corrupt, or still uploading when the next item is due.
- Connect a sender to YouTube ingest. Your system needs a process that reads the scheduled video, sends a continuous live feed to YouTube over RTMPS, and uses the appropriate stream key. Restrict access to the credential and define who can replace or rotate it.
- Design for restart and recovery. Google says active Live Stream API channel sessions may restart after 24 hours. Plan and test a handoff or restart path that returns to the correct playlist position and re-establishes the YouTube feed. Do not assume that backup inputs or a second component automatically create end-to-end failover.
- Monitor the actual output. Check YouTube stream health and verify both audio and video. Alert an operator when the sender stops, the feed becomes unhealthy, or the playlist cannot advance. A cloud VM can be running while its media output is silent or frozen.
- Test failure cases before relying on unattended operation. Simulate a stopped sender, dropped connection, expired or rotated key, empty playlist, missing or corrupt media, and return to the scheduled playlist. Confirm that the stream resumes and that the expected lesson is playing. These are practical operational tests, not a YouTube-mandated test checklist.
YouTube recommends testing before going live, monitoring stream health, and checking audio and video quality. Its network guidance also recommends keeping 20% upload-bandwidth headroom and accounting for the bandwidth used by both primary and backup feeds. That applies to the sender’s path to YouTube: cloud hosting does not remove the need for a reliable network connection between the cloud pipeline and YouTube.

Estimate costs using your actual workload
There is not enough information in “a 24/7 recorded education channel” to calculate a credible custom-cloud monthly bill. The total depends on the provider and region, encoding profile, active hours, number of inputs and outputs, source storage and retention, backup design, and whether the video is delivered only by YouTube or also through your own website.
Managed playout pricing
StreamNeo charges by slot and billing duration; every slot includes the same product features, and quality does not determine a higher tier. A slot includes one always-on stream, 10 GB of storage pooled across active slots, playlists and 24/7 looping, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and StreamNeo team support. Shorter billing options are available alongside longer ones, and cancellation is available at any time. Check StreamNeo pricing for the duration that fits your operating plan.
Google Cloud and AWS cost caveats
Google Cloud meters Live Stream API active-channel time and configured input/output resolution and codec, with applicable outputs affecting charges. Its billing starts with a ten-minute minimum, then active time rounds up to the nearest minute. The published regional pricing and availability should be checked when procuring the service; documentation last updated 2026-09-30 UTC may change after that date.

AWS’s cited estimate of approximately US$69.74 is for one hour of an SD-540p event watched by about 1,000 viewers, in a stated US East (N. Virginia) example: US$2.50 for encoding and packaging plus US$67.24 for 791 GB of distribution. It is not a budget estimate for a YouTube-only education stream and should not be multiplied by 24 to approximate this channel’s monthly bill. If viewers watch on YouTube, AWS distribution to those viewers is not the architecture described by the title.
Troubleshoot before viewers report a broken lesson
| Symptom | Likely area to check | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube does not receive a feed | Stream key, ingest destination, sender state, or network path. | Confirm the key is for the intended stream, check that the sender is connected to the intended RTMPS endpoint, and inspect YouTube stream health. If the key was exposed or rotated, update the sender through the provider’s credential controls. |
| Feed is unstable or drops | Sender-to-YouTube connectivity, capacity, or restart behavior. | Check the sender’s network and monitoring logs; leave the recommended 20% bandwidth headroom. Test recovery rather than assuming a reconnect succeeds. |
| Video looks poor or buffers for some viewers | Source quality, mismatched codec settings, or bitrate profile. | Verify the configured codec, resolution, frame rate, CBR bitrate, and keyframe interval against YouTube’s profile guidance. YouTube transcodes for different devices and network conditions, but a poor incoming feed still limits the source quality. |
| Audio is silent, clipped, or out of sync | Source file, sender output, or audio configuration. | Play the same file locally, then monitor the live output itself. Check the next playlist item too; a healthy first lesson does not prove every recording has usable audio. |
| Playlist stops or repeats the wrong item | Missing, corrupt, incomplete, or incorrectly ordered source media; scheduler state. | Check file availability and playlist order, then test how the system resumes after a sender or session restart. |
| A cloud session stops near a daily boundary | Google Live Stream API active-session behavior, if that is the selected service. | Google documents that an active session may restart after 24 hours. Design and verify an automated or operator-managed restart that restores the feed and schedule. |
| Stream will not start for the channel | Channel eligibility or a live-stream restriction. | Check verification and live-stream access, including whether the channel had a restriction in the previous 90 days. |

Recommendation
For a small team whose requirement is a continuous YouTube loop of recorded education videos, choose a managed playout service first and evaluate StreamNeo as the direct cloud option. Check rights and channel eligibility, test the actual RTMPS feed and recovery behavior, and confirm the billing and storage arrangement before making the stream an always-on part of your channel. Choose Google Cloud or AWS when you have a concrete custom workflow and the engineering capacity to operate it—not simply because the word “cloud” appears in the service name.
