12. Her distinctive voice developed during the show
On the official podcast, Rauch discussed how Bernadette’s distinctive voice took shape. The available description does not specify an exact timeline or a single moment when it was created, so it is safest to treat it as an element that evolved in the portrayal rather than a fixed voice choice from the outset.
13. Rauch also supplied Mrs. Wolowitz’s voice

14. The official podcast has episodes focused on Bernadette
The podcast page lists Rauch appearances including “The Evolution of Dr. Bernadette Rostenkowski” and “The Bernadette Effect.” The show is hosted by Jessica Radloff, author of The Big Bang Theory: The Definitive, Inside Story of the Epic Hit Series. The book is a broader series history, not a Bernadette-only biography.
