Mattel’s official Barbie x Mariah Carey Holiday Celebration Doll is identified by SKU HJX17. Its most recognizable feature is a glittery red gown with a dramatic slit, paired with curled hair, silver accessories and red heels. Mattel says the gown is inspired by an outfit Carey wears in the 2019 “Make My Dreams Come True Edition” of the “All I Want for Christmas Is You” music video. That is Mattel’s product description, not a personal statement from Carey.
The listing includes a doll stand and Certificate of Authenticity, says the doll is intended for ages 6 and up, and notes that she cannot stand alone. When identifying a product photo, look for the red gown and check that the listing or packaging names HJX17.

Do not confuse the dolls with Robbie’s press-tour outfits
Robbie also wore fashion looks referencing Barbie outfits from earlier decades during the film’s 2023 press tour. Those are real outfits worn by Robbie, not photographs of the Mattel dolls. In 2023 coverage, TIME described the press-tour looks as references to past Barbie styles and reported Robbie saying the recreations were for Barbie fans and collectors.
