As of October 2026, recent coverage describes Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet as still together. El País reported that they appeared together at events and referred to Chalamet as Jenner’s partner; Vogue’s timeline also documents joint public appearances in 2026. Neither has directly confirmed their current relationship status in the cited coverage, so the clearest answer is that reporting indicates they are still a couple—not that either has publicly stated it.
Why did people think they had broken up?
Breakup speculation followed Chalamet’s absence from Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party. In a November 11, 2025 exclusive, People reported that an unnamed source attributed his absence to filming Dune: Part Three abroad. The report cited multiple unnamed sources who said the couple was doing well and making plans to see each other. It also noted their earlier appearances at a New York Yankees playoff game and a New York Film Festival event for Marty Supreme. Read the People report via Yahoo.

What does the more recent reporting show?
Vogue’s relationship timeline records public appearances by Jenner and Chalamet in 2026, while an October 6, 2026 report from El País describes them appearing together at events and calls Chalamet Jenner’s partner. Those later accounts provide context beyond the 2025 insider report, but public appearances and an outlet’s description are not the same as a direct statement from the couple. Have Jenner or Chalamet confirmed their status?
The cited material does not include a direct current-status confirmation from either person. Vogue’s timeline characterizes the relationship as largely private. In his December 2025 Vogue cover interview, Chalamet declined to discuss it, saying: “I don’t say that with any fear, I just don’t have anything to say.” Read Chalamet’s Vogue interview.
