Anitta performed a three-song medley at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards: “Paradise,” followed by “Alegría,” then “Savage Funk.” DJ Khaled and Fat Joe joined her for the opening number, and Tiago PZK appeared with her for “Alegría.”
What songs did Anitta perform at the 2024 VMAs?
The reported onstage order was:
- “Paradise”
- “Alegría”
- “Savage Funk”
That order comes from contemporaneous performance coverage by Gshow and iHeart. It differs from the order in MTV’s advance announcement, which billed “Savage Funk” and “Alegria” alongside the world premiere of “Paradise.” The announcement described the planned set, not the sequence ultimately reported from the stage.
Who joined Anitta onstage?
“Paradise”
Gshow reports that Anitta opened with “Paradise” alongside DJ Khaled and Fat Joe. MTV’s advance announcement had also named both artists among the planned guest appearances.
“Alegría”
Tiago PZK joined Anitta for “Alegría,” according to Gshow and iHeart. MTV’s announcement included Tiago PZK in its guest billing, but the performance reports are the sources that specify his pairing with this song.

“Savage Funk”

No. MTV’s official 2024 VMAs winners list records Anitta as the Best Latin winner for “Mil Veces.” That was a separate song/video award, not an award for the live medley.

In its August 27, 2024 announcement, Paramount Press Express/MTV described the planned appearance as “a medley of ‘Savage Funk’ and ‘Alegria’ plus the world premiere of ‘Paradise’ with guest appearances by Fat Joe, DJ Khaled and Tiago PZK.” The release also said this was Anitta’s third consecutive year performing at the VMAs. Its billing order should not be mistaken for the reported running order onstage.
