Mr. Big (John James Preston), interpretado por Chris Noth, morre de ataque cardíaco no fim do primeiro episódio de And Just Like That, “Hello It’s Me”, lançado em 9 de dezembro de 2021.
- A aula.
- O encontro. Carrie encontra o marido caído, após o ataque cardíaco.
- O funeral. A cerimônia fúnebre aparece no segundo episódio, “Little Black Dress”, segundo a Vanity Fair.

Na conversa com o TheWrap, descreveu o dilema temático como “is it better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all”.
