Sire’s age
Us Weekly said Sire was born in September 2012 and was 13 at the time of its October 2025 interview. In that interview, 50 Cent said, “He just turned 13, but he’s, like, a really young 13.” Because Sire’s birthday falls in September, he turned 14 in September 2026.
What has happened publicly with Marquise?
On August 5, 2026, IBTimes UK reported that Marquise publicly offered his father $6,700 for 24 hours together. The outlet said the amount referenced a child-support figure; that characterization is the outlet’s reporting, not an independently verified account of a support obligation. IBTimes UK also reported that 50 Cent subsequently posted a scene from Power. In an October 1, 2026 report, AllHipHop said 50 Cent publicly responded to remarks Daphne Joy made in an interview by asking how their 14-year-old son might feel. What 50 Cent has said about fatherhood
In the October 2025 Us Weekly interview, 50 Cent said of Sire, “I gotta have his skin be tough enough to withstand the things that will come.” The remark is one parent’s stated view in that interview, not evidence of how Sire experiences their relationship.
In a 2024 Haute Living interview, 50 Cent said, “I wish I had a daughter.” This is background on his expressed feelings about fatherhood, rather than a new development about his sons. Haute Living’s 2024 interview records the comment.
