How many tracks does it contain?
The digital-album count differs between the two sources: Remedy’s launch announcement describes 35 tracks, while Apple Music lists 36 songs and a total running time of 1 hour 52 minutes. The available official material does not explain the discrepancy, so neither count should be treated as a correction of the other. Apple Music notes that its catalog details may vary by territory or be updated.
What music is on the album?
Petri Alanko’s score
Remedy identifies Petri Alanko as the composer behind the game’s original score. The album brings together music written to accompany the game with its original songs. Remedy Audio Director Richard Lapington described the score’s tone as unsettling and suited to the game’s dark nature. Alanko said he wanted a soundtrack to work as an entity in its own right as well as serve the game.

Chapter Songs and featured performers
The Chapter Songs are a seven-song collaboration created with Fried Music and Remedy Creative Director Sam Lake. Remedy’s October 27, 2023 announcement of the Chapter Songs lists:
- “Follow You into the Dark,” featuring RAKEL
- “Wide Awake,” featuring Jaimes
- “Superhero,” featuring Mougleta
- “Lost at Sea,” featuring Jean Castel
- “Dark, Twisted and Cruel,” featuring Paleface
- “No One Left to Love,” featuring ROOS + BERG
- “Night Springs,” featuring Keira
Remedy’s launch article says the soundtrack includes four Poe chapter songs co-written with Lake, as well as “Yötön Yö,” written by Lake and performed by Martti Suosalo, who plays Ahti. The seven-song Chapter Songs project is a distinct collaboration; its full track list should not be confused with the launch article’s description of the Poe songs included on the album.

How do the vinyl editions differ from the digital release?
Laced Records documents two physical configurations with selections and counts that differ from the digital listings. Its four-LP box set is listed with 47 tracks, while its double-LP edition is listed with 26. Laced currently marks both vinyl editions sold out. These physical-edition counts do not resolve the 35-versus-36 discrepancy for the digital album, and the listed status does not establish availability from other retailers.
