What did Jamie Foxx later say happened?
In his 2024 comedy special, Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was…, Foxx described having a brain bleed that led to a stroke, according to Netflix Tudum’s December 11, 2024 report. Netflix reproduced Foxx recalling: “April 11, I was having a bad headache, and I asked my boy for Aspirin.” CBS News also reported on December 10, 2024, that Foxx disclosed a brain bleed and stroke in the special and linked the disclosure to the family’s earlier statement. Foxx’s account identifies what he said happened; the cited reports do not establish what caused the brain bleed. The early vaccine-related rumors mentioned in coverage are speculation, not evidence of a cause.

Searches for “Adam Sandler medical complication” can surface reporting about a different actor because the phrase appeared in the initial coverage of Foxx’s hospitalization.
