The band announced a concert for Thursday, 4 December 2025, and venue and government listings also show a second Perth date on Monday, 8 December 2025.
Was AC/DC really booked to play Perth?
Yes. AC/DC officially announced the Perth show as part of its Australian leg of the POWER UP Tour, listing Optus Stadium for Thursday, 4 December 2025. The band’s announcement named TEG Van Egmond and said Perth tickets would go on sale through Ticketek at 1pm local time. That was the scheduled sale time in the original announcement, not confirmation that tickets are available now. AC/DC’s tour announcement

Why are two Perth dates listed?
The band’s announcement listed 4 December. A Western Australia Government Gazette schedule and Optus Stadium’s FAQ also identify a second show at the stadium on Monday, 8 December 2025. The Gazette names VenuesLive as the event organiser in its event-order entry; that is distinct from TEG Van Egmond, which the band announcement named. Is there another Perth date coming?
AC/DC later announced that the POWER UP Tour would continue with 21 dates beginning in 2026. That continuation notice does not establish a future Perth booking, so it should not be taken as confirmation of another Optus Stadium show. AC/DC’s official site
