A décima Roça de A Fazenda 16 foi formada por Juninho Bill, Luana Targinno, Fernando Presto e Yuri Bonotto, em 26 de novembro de 2024. A formação definiu quem disputaria a permanência, mas a enquete publicada pelo UOL não era a votação oficial da Record e não permite afirmar, por si só, quem seria eliminado.
Como a décima Roça foi formada
A dinâmica aconteceu na noite de terça-feira, 26 de novembro de 2024. Gui Vieira, que ocupava o posto de Fazendeiro, indicou Juninho Bill diretamente para o primeiro banquinho. Segundo a cobertura do UOL, Gui justificou a escolha dizendo que precisava defender sua verdade no programa; a Record também relatou que ele mencionou a visão que Juninho teria dele como maquiavélica.
Antes da votação cara a cara, Albert Bressan, vencedor da Prova de Fogo, ficou com o Poder da Chama Branca e entregou o Poder Laranja a Flor Fernandez. Flor escolheu ficar imune aos votos dos colegas naquela votação.
Luana Targinno recebeu seis votos da sede e ocupou o segundo lugar na Roça. Albert Bressan e Gilsão tiveram dois votos cada, enquanto Flora Cruz recebeu um. Luana então puxou Fernando Presto, que estava na Baia, para o terceiro banquinho.

A última vaga foi decidida no Resta Um: Albert salvou Sacha Bali, e Yuri Bonotto acabou na berlinda. Por ser o último integrante da Roça, Yuri vetou Fernando da Prova do Fazendeiro, deixando-o sem a chance de escapar da disputa por meio dessa prova.

O que a enquete do UOL mostrava — e o que não mostrava
Em reportagem publicada em 27 de novembro de 2024, o UOL exibiu uma enquete sobre quem deveria escapar da Roça e se tornar Fazendeiro. A página registrava 44.098 votos: Juninho aparecia com 45,21%, Yuri com 31,35% e Luana com 23,44%. Fernando não estava entre as opções porque havia sido vetado da Prova do Fazendeiro.
