The returning 90 Day alumni
TLC introduces the alumni through the relationships and personal circumstances viewers may recognize from the wider franchise. These are cast introductions, not confirmation of how anyone’s retreat connections ultimately turn out.
- Chantel: TLC says she has focused on herself after divorcing Pedro and is ready to date again.
- Colt: He is looking for love after splitting from Vanessa.
- Usman: The Nigerian musician, also known as “Sojaboy,” is back after his relationship with Kim did not work out.
- Tim: His ex Jeniffer is also attending, adding a past relationship to the retreat’s mix.
- Jeniffer: She is looking for someone and, in TLC’s introduction, has her eye on prospective matches including Rob.
- Rob: TLC says his relationship with Sophie ended after 90 Day: The Last Resort, presenting the retreat as a new chapter.
- Tiffany: She is ready for the singles retreat after being single for a long time.
- Cortney: She wants to have fun and is open to meeting someone.
Tim and Jeniffer both attending—and Jeniffer’s stated interest in Rob—are among the clearest relationship threads in TLC’s introductory descriptions. They set up possibilities rather than establish any final pairing.

How the Season 1 retreat works
The premise is a two-week, singles-only retreat where the eight alumni meet new dating hopefuls. This guide covers Season 1 only. Hulu’s catalogue listing describes the 2025 series as having one season and 15 episodes; TLC’s current show page now displays Season 2.
