Asked whether he believed Michael was scamming Angela, Todd said: “I don’t have anything concrete that suggests, even implies, that he is an unethical person in terms of a relationship. I don’t. It’s not there.” In other words, Todd’s answer was that his investigation had not produced concrete support for the scam allegation.
TV Insider also reported that Todd mentioned a woman whose relationship to Michael he could not identify with certainty, though he said she was not blood-related. The recap does not say this established cheating; Todd’s direct answer was that he had no evidence of it.

Which episode featured the reveal?
The exchange aired in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 8, Episode 22. Apple TV lists the episode as “Tell All: No Limits Part 3,” released August 9, 2024, with a runtime of 39 minutes: Apple TV’s episode listing. TLC’s official clip describes the segment as “Tell All Part 3” and shows Angela’s investigator appearing to discuss whether Michael was scamming her: TLC’s official clip.
Why do reports give two different page counts?
TV Insider’s preview, published before the episode aired, described Todd’s report as 189 pages. Its August 11 recap of the aired episode quotes Todd saying he had 160 pages of reports. The sources do not explain the discrepancy, so these figures should be treated as separate claims from separate pieces of coverage—not combined or presented as independently verified counts.

How did Angela respond?
TV Insider’s recap says Angela dismissed Todd’s finding and left the stage. It also reports that her daughter Skyla said Angela should trust Michael, but should leave him because the relationship lacked intimacy. Those are cast reactions described by the recap; they do not independently prove or disprove the allegation.
What does the finding establish—and what doesn’t it?
