How to read this list
TKO’s board biography offers a current snapshot of several ventures associated with Johnson, but it is not a set of audited company accounts. The list combines operating businesses and brands with historical investment reports, so it should not be read as a ranking of what he owns outright or what earns the most.
In particular, the approximately $15 million reported for the XFL transaction was the purchase price paid by a group, not a disclosed personal investment by Johnson. The Acorns and VOSS references below come from a 2020 announcement and do not establish current ownership.

Seven Bucks Productions
Johnson and Dany Garcia co-founded Seven Bucks Productions, a multi-platform production company. It says it develops original content for film, television, emerging technologies and digital networks. Its slate includes Jungle Cruise, Red Notice, Jumanji: The Next Level, Young Rock and The Titan Games. The business case is the development and production of entertainment content and the rights and opportunities connected to it; box-office totals for individual films do not establish the company’s standalone revenue. Seven Bucks Productions describes its work, while TKO’s board biography identifies the company among Johnson’s ventures.

XFL and the UFL
In August 2020, Johnson, Garcia and RedBird Capital Partners were selected as winning bidders for substantially all assets of Alpha Entertainment, the XFL’s parent. Their announcement put the group’s purchase price at approximately $15 million. That figure belongs to the consortium’s acquisition; it does not disclose Johnson’s individual contribution or ownership percentage. TKO’s biography describes the relaunched XFL as having combined with the USFL to form the United Football League (UFL). The acquisition announcement supplies the transaction detail, and TKO provides the later league context.
Consumer brands: drinks, apparel and personal care
Teremana Tequila
TKO identifies Siete Bucks Spirits as the liquor company producing Teremana in partnership with Mast-Jägermeister and names the venture among Johnson’s co-founded businesses. That establishes a business relationship, not a public financial ranking: the current sources cited here do not provide comparable Teremana revenue or valuation figures. TKO’s board biography is the source for the company and partnership description.

ZOA Energy
Johnson co-founded ZOA with Dany Garcia, Dave Rienzi and John Shulman. Molson Coors announced in November 2024 that it held a majority ownership stake and would lead the brand’s marketing, retail, direct-to-consumer sales and development. Johnson remains a prominent co-founder and brand figure, but the majority stake means it is inaccurate to describe ZOA as solely his company. Molson Coors’ announcement gives the ownership and operating-role details.
In that 2024 announcement, Molson Coors said ZOA had a 50% repeat purchase rate, that 30% of its buyers were new to the energy category, and that it was a top-10 energy drink brand on Amazon. These are the company’s reported metrics at the time, not independently audited or current rankings. It also reported distribution across more than 25,000 retail locations and 86,000 points of distribution in North America; those are distinct measures. In May 2025, ZOA announced a limited-time Lemon Lime flavor exclusive to Amazon, an availability claim that may change. ZOA’s announcement covered that flavor launch.

Project Rock
Project Rock is Johnson’s lifestyle brand and athletic apparel line, associated with Under Armour. It is a consumer-products and licensing partnership, rather than a publicly itemized standalone company in the sources cited here. TKO names the brand in Johnson’s portfolio, while Under Armour’s Project Rock announcement provides context for the partnership. Neither source gives a comparable revenue or valuation figure for the line.
Papatui
Papatui is a men’s personal care brand that TKO identifies as co-founded by Johnson. It extends the portfolio into grooming and care products, but the cited current portfolio source does not report sales, valuation or Johnson’s ownership percentage. TKO’s board biography identifies the brand and his co-founder role.

Historical investment and partnership reports
Acorns
A 2020 announcement described Johnson as making a new investment in Acorns. It does not state the size of the stake or establish that he remains an owner, so Acorns is best treated as a reported historical investment rather than a confirmed current flagship venture. The 2020 announcement is the basis for the connection.
VOSS Water
The same 2020 announcement reported a strategic partnership and investment involving VOSS Water. It does not quantify the investment or establish current ownership. That makes it a documented past business interest, not evidence of Johnson’s present control of the water company. The announcement reported both the Acorns investment and VOSS relationship.

Why the ventures cannot be ranked by size
The businesses monetize in different ways: a production company develops and exploits content; beverage, apparel and personal-care brands sell consumer products; a football league operates a sports property; and an investment may represent a financial stake without day-to-day control. Those categories are not directly comparable without consistent, disclosed revenue, valuation and ownership data.
TKO Executive Chairman Vince McMahon said in a January 2024 announcement, “Very few people on the planet understand the convergence of sports, entertainment, media, and business like Rock.” The remark shows how a corporate partner framed Johnson’s cross-sector experience; it is praise, not evidence of financial performance. TKO’s announcement contains the quotation.
