Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator and Doja Cat headlined Friday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively, while No Doubt’s reunion was one of the festival’s defining draws. The 25 acts below were selected for billing prominence, reunion or return context, genre and regional variety, and the distinctiveness of their live-performance prospects. The order is editorial, not an official festival ranking or a poll result. A place on the bill establishes that an act was scheduled; it does not establish what the setlist, guests or crowd response would be.
Coachella’s announced 2024 dates were April 12–14 and April 19–21 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. The festival’s three headliners were Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator and Doja Cat. Grammy.com’s lineup coverage and Coachella’s festival site provide context for the event and bill.
The 25 sets we were looking forward to
1. Lana Del Rey
As Friday’s headliner, Del Rey was a natural anchor for the weekend. Her billing put a defining voice in contemporary pop at the center of the opening night.

2. Tyler, the Creator
Saturday’s headliner brought a major hip-hop presence to the top of the bill. His position made the set one of the weekend’s clearest marquee draws.
3. Doja Cat
Doja Cat closed the festival’s Sunday bill as its third headliner, giving each night a distinct pop and hip-hop centerpiece.
4. No Doubt
The reunion offered a rare chance to see the band together again. Grammy.com described it as the group’s first major show in almost a decade, following its last live performances together in 2015.
5. Peso Pluma
Peso Pluma’s place on the bill highlighted the growing visibility of regional Mexican music and corridos tumbados on a major U.S. festival stage.
6. Blur
Blur added a major international rock act to the lineup, widening a bill otherwise led by contemporary pop and hip-hop stars.
7. Ice Spice
Ice Spice brought a prominent new-generation rap presence to the festival, adding another distinct voice to the weekend’s hip-hop programming.

8. J Balvin
J Balvin’s Latin pop and reggaeton profile gave the lineup a major global-pop dimension and a different rhythmic center from the headliners.
9. Justice
The French electronic duo had a prominent Friday slot. Their placement made them one of the weekend’s most intriguing options for listeners drawn to large-scale electronic performance.

10. Deftones
Deftones brought established alternative metal and rock to Friday’s schedule, representing a heavier strand of the festival’s broad mix.
11. Sabrina Carpenter
Carpenter’s Friday main-stage slot marked her as one of the day’s most visible pop performances, alongside the night’s larger headlining bill.
12. Lil Uzi Vert
Lil Uzi Vert added a high-profile rap booking to Friday, expanding the day’s hip-hop range beyond the headliner conversation.
13. ATEEZ
ATEEZ was one of the K-pop groups on the bill. Its inclusion underscored how prominently Korean pop acts featured in Coachella’s 2024 lineup.

14. LE SSERAFIM
LE SSERAFIM joined ATEEZ in representing K-pop at the festival, giving fans of the genre another major act to anticipate.
15. Khruangbin
The Sunday booking offered a different pace and palette from the festival’s biggest pop and rap sets, making Khruangbin a welcome choice for listeners seeking a less conventional genre mix.
16. Sublime
Sublime brought a recognizable alternative-rock name to Saturday’s program, adding a different era and sound to a day topped by Tyler, the Creator.
17. Grimes
Grimes’ Saturday appearance brought an electronic-pop artist into the day’s mix, complementing the festival’s larger dance and electronic bookings.

18. Jon Batiste
Jon Batiste’s Saturday slot offered a genre-spanning counterpoint to the weekend’s pop, rock and hip-hop acts. His Grammy-recognized career made him a distinctive name on the bill.
19. Victoria Monét
Monét was one of Sunday’s notable pop and R&B bookings, adding another contemporary vocal performer to the day’s lineup.

20. Reneé Rapp
Rapp’s Sunday appearance broadened the festival’s pop offering and gave the day another rising performer to watch.
21. Chappell Roan
Roan’s Friday booking brought another distinctive contemporary pop voice to the opening day’s schedule.
22. Young Miko
Young Miko added a Latin urban and hip-hop presence to Friday, contributing to the lineup’s range of languages and regional influences.
23. Peggy Gou
Friday’s electronic programming also included Peggy Gou, whose presence offered another route into the festival’s dance-focused sets.
24. Black Country, New Road
The British group’s Friday booking gave the lineup a less conventional rock option, standing apart from the festival’s more familiar mainstream names.
25. Vampire Weekend
Vampire Weekend was added to Saturday’s program shortly before Weekend 1. Pitchfork’s April 9 schedule roundup listed the band at the Outdoor Theatre at 5 p.m. Pacific for Weekend 1. That is a historical Weekend 1 listing, not a claim about Weekend 2.

For the 2024 festival, YouTube announced six livestream stage feeds and a TV multiview option that could show up to four feeds at once. Its April 4, 2024 livestream announcement also described day streams repeating after the final set and merchandise shopping during performances. These were features announced for the 2024 event; they do not establish current stream access or merchandise availability.
