This ranking is about piece count—not height, length, display footprint, price or building difficulty—and was checked against sources accessed on October 4, 2026.
LEGO’s biggest sets, ranked by piece count
LEGO’s official all-time article lists its top ten; the final three entries below are supported by independent catalog rankings. Counts are sorted from highest to lowest. LEGO’s ranking and the independent lists do not have identical coverage because the official page reflects newer releases.
- Architecture Sagrada Família (21065) — 12,060 pieces. LEGO names this as the biggest set in its history. LEGO’s all-time ranking identifies the set and count.
- Art World Map (31203) — 11,695 pieces. It formerly held the piece-count lead. LEGO describes it as a wall-art set with more than 11,000 pieces. Brick Fanatics’ May 2026 ranking gives the exact count.
- Icons Eiffel Tower (10307) — 10,001 pieces. LEGO calls it the tallest LEGO set, at 149 cm high; that is a separate measure from this piece-count ranking.
- Icons Titanic (10294) — 9,090 pieces. The 1:200 model measures 135 cm long, according to LEGO.
- Icons Colosseum (10276) — 9,036 pieces. LEGO recounts how designer Rok Žgalin Kobe said “the more the model was being perfected, the more pieces went into capturing its details.”
- Star Wars Death Star (75419) — 9,023 pieces. At its October 2025 launch, LEGO listed it as its largest Star Wars set.
- The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith (11377) — 8,278 pieces. LEGO says its designers used Pythagorean mathematics to work through the model’s seven-tiered geometry.
- Star Wars Millennium Falcon (75192) — 7,541 pieces. The count is listed in Brick Fanatics’ May 2026 ranking.
- Pokémon Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise (72153) — 6,838 pieces. LEGO describes three figures that can stand alone or connect on a biome stand.
- Star Wars AT-AT (75313) — 6,785 pieces. Brick Fanatics’ May 2026 ranking lists this count.
- Star Wars The Razor Crest (75331) — 6,187 pieces. Brick Fanatics’ May 2026 ranking lists this count.
- The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell (10316) — 6,167 pieces. BrickAtlas’s catalog ranking lists this count.
- Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle (71043) — 6,020 pieces. Setopedia’s full ranking places it at number thirteen.
What “biggest” means here
The order measures the number of pieces assigned to each set. It does not establish which model is tallest, longest, widest, most expensive, most difficult to build or best value. The Eiffel Tower, for example, is third by piece count but is identified by LEGO as its tallest set at 149 cm; Titanic is measured by length at 135 cm. Those different dimensions cannot be combined into a meaningful single size ranking without a consistent method.
How to read the lower positions
LEGO’s current article covers ten sets, not thirteen. Its list supports positions one through ten; Brick Fanatics’ May 2026 ranking provides an independent cross-check for several counts, while BrickAtlas and Setopedia supply the catalog evidence for Rivendell and Hogwarts Castle. The final three places therefore should not be read as entries in LEGO’s own top-ten article.
