Other listings add the word “Friend,” calling it “Don’t Cry for Me, Our Friend Tina.” The supplied subtitle “Tattle Tale” is not corroborated by the listings checked. The available descriptions support a brief synopsis, not a scene-by-scene recap.
Which episode is Season 3, Episode 4?
TLC identifies the episode as “Don’t Cry for Me, Our Tina.” TV Guide, Rotten Tomatoes and Disney+ list the title as “Don’t Cry for Me, Our Friend Tina.” The difference is small, but “Tattle Tale” does not appear as the episode title in those listings. TLC’s series page, TV Guide, Rotten Tomatoes and Disney+ are the relevant listings.
The listed air dates also conflict: TV Guide gives November 19, 2024, while Rotten Tomatoes gives November 13, 2024. TLC’s episode listing identifies the episode but does not provide an air date in the available page information, so neither date can be confirmed here as definitive.
What happens in the episode?
The available episode descriptions center on two storylines. Tina experiences panic or anxiety on the day of her surgery. Meanwhile, Vannessa pursues skin removal surgery and presents herself to another plastic surgeon in hopes of being approved.

Those descriptions do not establish the full sequence of events, the conversations shown, or the outcome of either storyline. In particular, they do not confirm whether Vannessa receives approval or what happens after Tina’s anxiety. A more detailed scene-by-scene account would go beyond what the listings support.
