भारत से YouTube पर बच्चों के वीडियो 24/7 लाइव चलाने के लिए आपको एक ऐसा encoder workflow चाहिए जो वीडियो प्लेलिस्ट को लगातार भेजता रहे; YouTube की आधिकारिक मदद में encoder को लाइव जाने का तरीका बताया गया है, लेकिन YouTube वहां किसी playlist को अनंत बार loop कराने या encoder गिरने पर अपने-आप restart करने की विधि नहीं देता। इसलिए पहले बच्चों के लिए audience designation और हर वीडियो के अधिकार जांचें, फिर Live Control Room में encoder stream सेट करें और ऐसा encoder या cloud सेवा चुनें जिसमें playlist looping व recovery स्पष्ट रूप से उपलब्ध हों।

व्यावहारिक रूप से आपको तीन हिस्से चाहिए: (1) YouTube का live event और stream key, (2) ऐसा encoder जो आपकी चुनी हुई वीडियो playlist को लगातार चला और YouTube तक भेज सके, और (3) निगरानी तथा failure के बाद दोबारा प्रसारण शुरू करने की योजना। किसी एक वीडियो को लाइव भेज देना अपने-आप 24/7 playlist automation नहीं बन जाता।

हर live stream को सही तरह से चिह्नित करें

इस designation से कुछ सुविधाएं सीमित होती हैं

Channel की live-stream पात्रता पूरी करें

Playlist के हर हिस्से के अधिकार अपने पास रखें
Playlist के सभी वीडियो, संगीत, चित्र और अन्य audiovisual सामग्री के अधिकार जांचें—केवल इसलिए कि कोई वीडियो बच्चों के लिए है या पहले upload किया गया था, उसे लाइव प्रसारित करने का अधिकार अपने-आप नहीं मिलता। YouTube live streams को third-party content के लिए scan करता है। Match मिलने पर placeholder या चेतावनी आ सकती है; सामग्री जारी रहने पर stream अस्थायी रूप से बाधित या समाप्त हो सकती है। Licensed सामग्री भी बाधित हो सकती है यदि अधिकार-मालिक ने channel को Content ID allowlist में नहीं जोड़ा हो। YouTube के live-stream copyright नियम देखें।

Live Control Room में encoder stream सेट करें
- Eligibility जांचें: YouTube Studio में Live Control Room खोलें और पुष्टि करें कि channel live streaming के लिए तैयार है। पहली बार access या verification की प्रक्रिया में समय लग सकता है; stream शुरू करने की तारीख से पहले यह जांच लें।
- नई stream सेट करें: Live Control Room में stream बनाने/सेट करने का विकल्प चुनें। YouTube के flow में audience के बारे में पूछे जाने पर सामग्री के अनुरूप “made for kids” या “not made for kids” चुनें। अगर आपके channel पर audience setting पहले से लागू है, तब भी live event के लिए दिखाई गई setting की पुष्टि करें।
- Stream key और ingest details लें: Live Control Room द्वारा दिए गए stream key तथा server/ingest details को अपने encoder में डालें। Stream key को पासवर्ड की तरह निजी रखें; सार्वजनिक रूप से दिख जाने पर उसे बदलें और encoder में नया key अपडेट करें।
- Encoder में playlist source तैयार करें: ऐसा encoder या सेवा चुनें जिसमें uploaded videos की playlist, लगातार playback/loop और YouTube encoder output का समर्थन स्पष्ट हो। Playlist क्रम, वीडियो के बीच transition, audio और repeat व्यवहार जांचें। YouTube की आधिकारिक guidance किसी खास playlist automation ऐप या exact looping configuration की पुष्टि नहीं करती, इसलिए चुने गए encoder के अपने निर्देशों के अनुसार यह हिस्सा सेट करें।
- पहले परीक्षण करें: स्थायी प्रसारण से पहले छोटी test stream करें। वीडियो में movement और audio दोनों जांचें; Live Control Room में preview और stream-health संकेत देखें। गलत orientation, काला फ्रेम, muted audio, clipping या source बदलते समय interruption ठीक किए बिना इसे 24/7 न छोड़ें।
- प्रसारण शुरू करें: Encoder से stream भेजें और Live Control Room में पुष्टि करें कि incoming signal मिल रहा है; फिर stream को live करने का विकल्प चुनें। सार्वजनिक stream के बजाय उपलब्ध privacy विकल्प से पहले परीक्षण करना उपयोगी हो सकता है।
Resolution, bitrate और connection कैसे चुनें
अपलोड bitrate को अपने इंटरनेट plan की advertised speed से नहीं, वास्तविक upload connection के परीक्षण से तय करें। YouTube कहता है कि चुनी हुई resolution और frame rate के लिए उसकी encoder settings तालिका देखें, शुरू करने से पहले audio और movement सहित test करें, और प्रसारण के दौरान stream-health messages पर ध्यान दें। Secure delivery के लिए YouTube RTMPS की अनुशंसा करता है। YouTube की resolution, frame rate और bitrate तालिका में अपने चुने हुए format के अनुरूप मान देखें।
- Resolution और frame rate: वही चुनें जिसे आपकी source files और upload connection भरोसे से संभाल सकें। अधिक resolution या frame rate अपने-आप बेहतर परिणाम नहीं देता यदि upload में उतार-चढ़ाव हो।
- Bitrate: YouTube की वर्तमान तालिका में अपने resolution/frame-rate संयोजन के लिए सुझाया मान लें; एक ही bitrate हर connection या format के लिए सही नहीं है।
- Keyframe interval और codec: encoder में YouTube की वर्तमान encoder guidance के अनुरूप settings रखें। किसी पुरानी preset को बिना जांचे न मानें; format guidance बदल सकती है।
- अपलोड क्षमता: YouTube की सहायता सामग्री के आधार पर भारत में हर 24/7 stream के लिए कोई एक न्यूनतम upload speed तय नहीं की जा सकती। वास्तविक stream परीक्षण और Live Control Room का स्वास्थ्य संकेत आपके connection के लिए अधिक उपयोगी हैं।
किसी विशेष PC model, न्यूनतम hardware specification, UPS क्षमता या 24/7 uptime आंकड़े की यहां पुष्टि नहीं है। Encoder चलाने के लिए computer एक संभव विकल्प है, पर उपयुक्त मशीन का चुनाव source format, encoder workload और आपके वास्तविक network/power हालात पर निर्भर करेगा।

Playlist loop और interruption के लिए संचालन योजना बनाएं
Loop को encoder की जिम्मेदारी मानकर सत्यापित करें
एक बार stream live हो जाने पर YouTube आपके encoder से आने वाला feed प्राप्त करता है; YouTube की उद्धृत setup guidance यह नहीं बताती कि playlist अपने-आप अनंत loop होगी। इसलिए encoder में repeat/loop सक्षम करें और यह जांचें कि आखिरी item के बाद playback पहले item पर लौटता है, हर वीडियो के दौरान audio/video चलता रहता है, और source file उपलब्ध रहती है। Playlist के क्रम या source में बदलाव के बाद भी छोटा परीक्षण करें।
Recovery और निगरानी को अलग से परखें
अगर encoder, बिजली या internet बंद हो जाए तो YouTube की Live Control Room guidance किसी स्वचालित restart की गारंटी नहीं देती। जिस encoder या hosting विकल्प का उपयोग करें, उसमें reconnect/restart का व्यवहार अपने परीक्षण से जांचें; किसी recovery सुविधा के बिना किसी व्यक्ति को outage पहचानकर प्रसारण बहाल करना पड़ सकता है। Stream health देखते रहें, और interruption के बाद Live Control Room में incoming signal की पुष्टि करके ही मानें कि प्रसारण लौट आया है।

दर्शक के device पर बच्चों के supervised account में autoplay बंद किया जा सकता है। यह अभिभावक का viewing control है; इससे creator की playlist loop नहीं होती और encoder restart नहीं होता। Supervised accounts के autoplay controls देखें।
समस्या आए तो पहले यह जांचें
- Live Control Room को signal नहीं मिलता: encoder में stream key और server/ingest details की तुलना Live Control Room से करें; key गलत या बदल चुका हो तो सही key अपडेट करें।
- Buffering या stream-health warning: अपने वास्तविक upload connection को जांचें, bitrate को YouTube की चुनी हुई resolution/frame-rate guidance के अनुरूप रखें और जरूरत पड़ने पर कम demanding format का परीक्षण करें।
- लाइव शुरू होती है, फिर रुक जाती है: देखें कि encoder और internet लगातार चालू हैं या नहीं; reconnect/restart व्यवहार की अलग test stream में जांच करें। केवल YouTube पर live event बनाना encoder failure को ठीक नहीं करता।
- Playlist पहले वीडियो पर वापस नहीं आती: encoder की playlist repeat/loop setting और चुने हुए source क्रम की जांच करें। यह व्यवहार YouTube Live Control Room द्वारा स्वतः सुनिश्चित नहीं किया जाता।
- वीडियो चलता है पर आवाज नहीं आती: encoder preview और test stream में audio source, mute स्थिति और file के audio track को जांचें। स्थायी प्रसारण से पहले दोनों सुनकर सत्यापित करें।
- Copyright warning या stream interruption: जिस वीडियो, संगीत या अन्य सामग्री से match हुआ है उसे पहचानें और प्रसारण रोकें/सुधारें; केवल license होने का दावा पर्याप्त न हो सकता है यदि अधिकार-मालिक को Content ID allowlisting करनी हो।
