Gao Qian was reported as the winner of a 2017 contest in Shenyang that media described as a search for the “most beautiful buttocks in China.” The headline label came from the contest and from news coverage of it, not from any official designation, and the details below come from two contemporaneous secondary reports.
Who won, and where
According to reports published in July 2017, Gao Qian won the contest held on June 24, 2017, in Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province in northeast China. HiredChina described her as 19 at the time. NextShark later published a corroborating account that named the same winner, city and organizer. Neither report gives her age, occupation or activities after 2017, and nothing in them establishes her current public profile.

How the story was framed
Both reports present the event under the “most beautiful buttocks in China” label, which is a media and contest framing. Some coverage compared it to Brazil’s Miss BumBum contest. That comparison was an analogy made by the press. The available reports do not show that the two events share rules, judging standards or any official link, so they should not be treated as equivalent competitions.

Preparation and what Gao said in 2017
HiredChina reported that Gao trained in a gym, including squats and lunges. That description concerns her preparation for this event only; it is not a tested or recommended training routine.
In the same report, Gao described unwanted attention in public, and she spoke about support from her family and her wish to keep training. Her remarks were quoted as follows:

These statements date from the 2017 interview. They describe her outlook at that time, not her circumstances today.
