Production Design is credited to two people because the Academy lists Set Decoration as a separate credit within the same award. Readers who see only one name in a casual summary are seeing a partial credit.

Best Picture was a nomination, not a win
This is the most common point of confusion. Wicked was nominated for Best Picture, but the award went to Anora. Describing Wicked as a Best Picture winner is incorrect. The film’s Best Picture nomination is accurate and is included in its ten-nomination count.
