Nicholas Duvernay is an American actor best known for two roles: Armando in the 2022 film Purple Hearts and Zion Lindsey in season 3 of The White Lotus (2025). He also has recurring work in Bel-Air and a run of smaller film and television credits. The details below separate what his own interviews say from what reference listings confirm.
What he is known for
Two credits do most of the work in establishing who he is. They came a few years apart and reached different audiences, which is why they are worth separating.
Purple Hearts (2022)
In Purple Hearts Duvernay played Armando. The film is the earliest of his visible credits that readers are likely to recognize, and his interview coverage treats it as one of his early roles alongside his work on Bel-Air.
The White Lotus, season 3 (2025)
His role as Zion Lindsey in the third season of The White Lotus is the credit most often cited as his breakout television moment. It is also the role he discusses most in interviews, including how he was cast (see the section on the audition below).

Selected credits
The table lists the credits that appear in the sources used for this profile. Where a source does not state a year or role, the cell says so rather than filling it in. The list is selective, not a complete filmography.

How he got into acting
Duvernay has described family encouragement and an early interest in performing as the starting point of his path. In a June 2026 interview with Bustle, he said he moved from Atlanta to Los Angeles at 19 to pursue acting, and he recalled childhood performances that shaped that decision.
Biographical details about where he grew up and when he relocated are less settled. The IMDb biography describes him as born in Long Island, New York, and says he moved to Hollywood in 2019. IMDb biographies are user-contributed, so treat those details as reported rather than verified. The Bustle account (Atlanta, then Los Angeles at 19) and the IMDb account (Long Island, then Hollywood in 2019) do not describe one clear timeline, and this profile does not merge them into one.

The quote is useful for understanding his approach to the work, which is why it appears here rather than in the career summary.
Fashion and style work
In the same L’Officiel Hommes interview, Duvernay discussed his Banana Republic Spring Classics campaign and his personal approach to style. This is a real part of his public profile in 2025, but it is peripheral to what he is known for as an actor.
