The 12 jurors selected for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial in New York in May 2025 were eight men and four women, ages 30 to 74. Public reports described their occupations and some background details, but did not publish their names. The trial ended in July 2025, so this is a historical jury roster, not a jury currently serving.
What is known about the 12 jurors
The Associated Press reported the following ages and occupations for the regular jurors. The descriptions are not names, and should not be treated as a way to identify any individual.
| Age | Reported occupation |
|---|---|
| 30 | Deli clerk |
| 31 | Investment analyst |
| 39 | Social worker |
| 41 | Communications clerk at a prison-system facility |
| 42 | Nursing-home dietary aide |
| 43 | Physician assistant |
| 51 | Scientist |
| 67 | Bank logistics analyst |
| 68 | Retired finance worker |
| 68 | Retired telecommunications field technician |
| 69 | Massage therapist and actor |
| 74 | Former treatment coordinator at a charity for blind people |
The Associated Press reported that eight jurors were men and four were women; the panel included eight people from New York City and four from Westchester County. ABC News reported an average age of 52. These details describe the panel, but do not establish anything about individual jurors’ views or how they reached their verdict.
Why the jurors’ names were not public
The Associated Press reported that the judge and lawyers knew the jurors’ identities, but that the names would not be made public. News coverage therefore focused on general information such as age, occupation and location rather than naming or identifying the people who served.

The 12 jurors and the six alternates
There were 12 regular jurors and six alternates. ABC News reported that the full group was sworn in on May 12, 2025. Alternates are not part of the regular 12-person jury, so they should not be counted as members of the roster above.
Selection and the jury’s role
Opening statements began on May 12, 2025, after the panel was sworn in. The judge instructed jurors that Combs was presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that they should decide the case based on evidence presented in court, rather than outside reading or discussion. ABC News reported that seven or more jurors said during selection that they had heard about the case and could remain impartial.

How the case ended
In July 2025, the jury acquitted Combs of racketeering conspiracy and sex-trafficking charges and convicted him on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. The split verdict is the outcome of the trial; it does not reveal how any particular juror reasoned or voted.
