Bryan Johnson hosted a “Don’t Die” dinner attended by Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Andrew Huberman and plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond. Fortune reports that guests arrived around 5 p.m., ate a vegetable-heavy meal, and left by 7:30 p.m. Johnson describes the evening as a structured conversation meant to prompt reflection, but he has said he will not reveal what anyone said. The public record therefore covers the guest list, the food, the timing and the format. It does not cover the conversation itself.
Who attended
The confirmed guest list is:
- Kim Kardashian
- Khloé Kardashian
- Kris Jenner
- Andrew Huberman
- Dr. Jason Diamond, a plastic surgeon
Johnson’s own post announced the dinner with this list. indy100’s report from the same period repeats the names and notes that Johnson shared footage of the evening. Fortune’s account also places the Kardashians, Huberman and Diamond at the table. The dinner was a private, host-led event. It was not a public panel and not a documented medical study.
Timing and menu
Fortune reports that the dinner ran from roughly 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., a little under two and a half hours. The reported menu was:
- Broccoli and cauliflower
- Black lentils
- “Nutty pudding,” made with walnuts, macadamia nuts, pomegranate juice, berries and cinnamon
These are the dishes Fortune describes as served. Nothing in the reporting shows that the meal was designed or tested to produce any health effect, and it should not be read as a proven longevity diet.

How the evening was structured
Johnson’s account of how the dinners form
Fortune quotes Johnson saying that these dinners “organically form among friends of friends.” He also said he has hosted recurring dinners with hundreds of guests over several years. These are Johnson’s own figures and description. They have not been independently audited, and the reporting does not verify how this particular guest list was assembled.
The prompts
According to Fortune, Johnson described the dinners as a way of provoking thought about what it means to be human, and he laid out two opening prompts:

- He asks whether a guest would follow an algorithm promising their best physical, mental and spiritual health if it dictated their bedtime and exercise.
- He asks how people in the 25th century might view today’s morals, ethics and norms.
These are the prompts Johnson describes. The reporting does not show what any Kardashian guest answered.
The general format from a January 2025 interview
In a January 2025 interview on Club Random, Johnson described a typical dinner as about 15 people, two hours long, with five thought experiments. He compared the group to people working together on a puzzle. That interview is a general description of his dinners. It does not confirm that each detail applied to the Kardashian evening.

What remains undisclosed
Johnson told Fortune he could not discuss what guests said, citing privacy. No account of the exchanges exists in the reporting, so any quotes or opinions attributed to Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian or Kris Jenner about longevity would be invented. Online reaction to the dinner is not a substitute for what was said at the table.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What the reporting does and does not establish
- Not an endorsement. The reporting does not show that the Kardashians endorsed Johnson’s products, adopted his protocol or agreed with his longevity ideas.
- Johnson’s views, not expert consensus. Fortune attributes this remark to him: “For me to even begin to imagine that I get to predict my life expectancy would be insane.” It is his personal view, not an established medical finding.
- Aging claims stay with Johnson. indy100 repeats his claims about his own aging rate, but those claims are not independently established and are not needed to explain what happened at the dinner.
- Date uncertainty. The syndicated copy of Fortune’s report on inkl does not show a publication date, so the calendar date of the dinner is not established here.
The verifiable facts are the guest list, the reported menu, the approximate 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. window, and Johnson’s own description of his format. Everything beyond that is either private or Johnson’s account.
