WWE’s mystery teasers pointed to Penta, known before his WWE run as Penta El Zero Miedo and Pentagon Jr. Fightful identified him as the subject of the videos in a report published Jan. 7, 2025. Penta made his in-ring WWE debut on Raw on Jan. 13, defeating Chad Gable. The available reports confirm his arrival and debut, but do not establish when he signed a contract or disclose its terms.
Who was WWE’s latest teaser about?
The teasers were pointing to Penta. The sequence began on Raw on Dec. 16, 2024, with a zero-and-slash symbol, according to Fightful’s contemporary report. On Jan. 6, 2025, WWE’s Raw premiere on Netflix aired a teaser identifying him; Fightful reported the reveal the following day.
Penta’s previous wrestling identities include Pentagon Jr. and Penta El Zero Miedo. WWE’s profile uses the ring name Penta. The name and the hand gesture associated with his “cero miedo” identity are part of how the character is presented.
When did Penta debut in WWE?
Penta’s first WWE match took place on Raw on Jan. 13, 2025. He faced Chad Gable and won, as recorded in WWE’s profile and reported by EL PAÍS México.

What is confirmed about the signing?
The teaser coverage confirmed who WWE was introducing, and the subsequent Raw match confirmed Penta’s in-ring arrival. Those reports do not give a contract signing date, contract length, financial terms, or other deal details. The headline’s use of “signing” should therefore be read as a reference to his arrival in WWE, not as confirmation of specific contract particulars.
What happened after his debut?
WWE published a follow-up Raw exclusive titled “Brace yourself for ‘Penta Era’” on Jan. 20, 2025. The official video page lists viewing destinations, but access depends on current availability and rights in a viewer’s region.
