How many people attended the Melbourne concerts?
The MCG reported 96,000 attendees at each of the three shows, or 288,000 across the run. Visit Victoria also reported 288,000 across the sold-out nights. These are figures reported by the venue and tourism agency, not independently recalculated ticket-sale totals.
The MCG called the three-night run its highest-selling concert series for one artist and described each night’s audience as the largest individual crowd of Swift’s career at that point. That is not the same as setting the MCG’s all-time single-night concert attendance record: the venue’s concert history lists attendances of 108,000 and 109,500 for Ed Sheeran concerts in 2023, at different shows and configurations.
