- Match the character and edition. Retail catalogs include standard character figures and variants; make sure the product title and photos match the version you want.
- Check scale and height. Jada describes many Ultra Street Fighter II figures as 1:12 and 6 inches (15 cm), but confirm the individual character listing if shelf fit or compatibility matters.
- Compare included parts. Heads, hands, stands, and signature-move effects differ. Read the character-specific description rather than inferring parts from another figure in the line.
