The other 14 participants
Reliable, dated reporting establishing current circumstances for Nathan Prater, Julian Valentine, Bianca Hayes, Mike Meginness, Lacey Buckingham, Paul MacNeill, Ryan Barkdoll, James Bedard, Lucas Higdon, Margaret Johnson, Ontreon Shannon, Dolly Martinez, Lisa Ebberson, and David Nelson is not available here. That means their present-day status should not be inferred from how an episode ended, old social-media posts, or fan speculation; it does not mean no updates exist.
Why there are two different “Season 10” casts
My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now? is a separate follow-up series. Its Season 10 is the 2025 season, not the original program’s 2021–22 season. TLC lists six follow-up pairings: Carlton & Shantel, Thederick and Lindsey, Paul and Carrie, Mike and Chrystal, Isaac & Irene, and Michael and Lucas. TLC’s official page lists those episodes and a Watch Now route.

The distinction matters: the follow-up series revisits former participants, while the original Season 10 introduced the 15 people listed above. A follow-up episode or synopsis is not, by itself, evidence that an original Season 10 participant was featured or that a particular present-day claim has been independently verified.
The Australian Classification record separately identifies My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now? – Season 10 as a 2025 title, classified on March 16, 2025. It describes updates on former participants’ progress and goals and notes heavy medical procedures and mental-health themes, as well as references to sexual violence. See the classification record. TV Guide dates the six follow-up pairings’ episodes between February and April 2025 and provides episode synopses. View the episode guide.

How to read “where are they now?” updates
- Separate episode outcomes from current status. A participant’s result at the end of a 2021–22 episode is not a current weight, medical update, or account of their life today.
- Check which series and season a page means. The original show’s Season 10 and the follow-up show’s Season 10 have different casts and dates.
- Look for a dated source and clear attribution. A reported update should identify when it was published and, where relevant, who supplied the information. An episode synopsis establishes what that episode describes, not every detail of a participant’s life outside the show.
Viewing options can vary by location and change over time; TLC’s official page provides a Watch Now route, but availability is not established for every region.
