Why did viewers call Grant a heartbreaker?
The label is an interpretation of a painful finale breakup, not evidence of a broader pattern in Grant’s relationships. In its account of the episode, ABC News reported that Grant told Litia, “I hope you don’t view me any differently.” Litia answered, “Well, I do for sure. Come on now.”

In an ABC News interview on March 25, Grant acknowledged that viewers would have opinions and asked them to empathize. He said, “I empathize with Litia. Like, I can admit my wrongs. Did producers interfere with Grant’s choice?
