Does Gabriela marry Diego in the finale?
The episode shows Gabriela walking down the aisle with Manny to marry Diego, but the ceremony’s outcome is not shown. The finale leaves open whether Gabriela and Diego exchange vows or become married. The distinction matters: the wedding ceremony is part of the episode, but a completed marriage is not confirmed.
What did the cast say before the finale?
Before the episode aired, Billy Burke told TV Insider, “There will be a wedding.” He immediately qualified the tease: “What transpires at that wedding is in question, and Bode [Max Thieriot] might be rethinking his relationship status in the whole scheme of what he’s got in front of him.” The episode’s cliffhanger preserves that uncertainty rather than confirming the marriage.
