The NARUTO OFFICIAL SITE announced on February 14, 2025 that the next chapter would arrive on February 20, 2025 (JST) in V Jump’s super-sized April edition. The site notes that its dates use JST unless otherwise stated. Read the official announcement.

What time did Chapter 19 release?
The February announcement specifies the date and timezone, but not a clock time. MANGA Plus currently describes Boruto: Two Blue Vortex as a simultaneous monthly release and displays a 15:00 schedule for an upcoming chapter. That current schedule does not establish the historical release time of the February 2025 chapter. See the MANGA Plus series page.
Why is there another Chapter 19 date?
Shueisha’s Japanese Shonen Jump+ page labels a chapter 「第19話」, gives it the title 「木ノ葉丸ちゃん」, and dates it July 31, 2025. That is a separate official listing from the February 20 V Jump announcement. The sources do not explain why both use the Chapter 19 number, so the dates should not be treated as interchangeable: the July date is not established as the English digital release date for the chapter announced in February.
