AC/DC’s 2026 POWER UP Tour run has concluded, and the band’s official tour page currently says “No Tour Dates right now.” The run began in São Paulo on February 24 and ended with the rescheduled MetLife Stadium show in East Rutherford on October 2. Here are the announced dates, the touring lineup and what one documented show can—and cannot—tell you about the set.
Is AC/DC’s POWER UP Tour still happening?
No. The 2026 run has ended. AC/DC’s official tour page currently lists “No Tour Dates right now” and directs fans to its newsletter and live catalog. That status can change, so check the page for any future announcements; it does not indicate that tickets for the 2026 run are available.

The September 25 MetLife show was postponed because of dangerous weather and moved to Friday, October 2, 2026. AC/DC and the venue confirmed the change; the event page listed doors at 5:30 p.m. and a 7 p.m. start. The rescheduled date—not September 29—was identified by Live Nation as the tour’s final show. What songs did AC/DC play on the tour?
The published October 2 MetLife setlist is a specific example, not a reliable promise of what AC/DC played at every stop or would play at a future concert. Live Nation lists 21 songs for that show, including:
- “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)”
- “Back in Black”
- “Thunderstruck”
- “Highway to Hell”
- “You Shook Me All Night Long”
- “T.N.T.”
- “For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)”
Live Nation’s account says Dave Grohl joined the band for “Highway to Hell” and that “Let There Be Rock” featured an extended Angus Young solo. Its MetLife show report documents that performance; it does not establish the full production or crowd experience across the tour.

The tour took its name from AC/DC’s studio album POWER UP. In its 2025 announcement, the band said the album reached No. 1 in 21 countries. The same announcement described AC/DC’s worldwide album sales as more than 200 million and Back in Black sales as 50 million and counting; those are figures published by the band, not independently verified figures in the announcement. The band’s original tour announcement is available at AC/DC News.
