Its September 17, 2024 social gallery describes cocktails, a champagne tower, costumed dancers and electric violinist Cheralyn among the evening’s highlights.
Where the celebration took place
According to PerthNow, Pemberton hosted the party at Montgomery Hall in Mount Claremont, inside the venue’s grand ballroom. The report describes the heritage-listed hall as originally built in 1904 as a dining hall and theatre for an adjoining hospital. It says the building has since been restored, transformed and modernised, but does not name the hospital or provide a restoration date.
What PerthNow reported from the party
The gallery’s account says guests enjoyed cocktails and a champagne tower. It also describes dancers in red feathers and gold suits, while electric violinist Cheralyn serenaded VIPs as they entered the ballroom. These are details reported by PerthNow, not independently verified observations.

PerthNow names Perth Lord Mayor Basil Zempilas and his wife Amy among the guests. Captions visible on the reviewed page also identify Jules Pemberton, Taj Pemberton, Allegra Pemberton, Jenna Mascarenhas, Celeste Willis-Jones, Asia Pemberton, Peter Milner and Emma Milner.
