Yes: a preview reported Sevdaliza sitting on Jesus Christ’s lap in the “Messiah” music video. The scene belongs to “Messiah,” not “Alibi”—a separate Sevdaliza song and video from 2024. “Alibi” identifies the artist in the original headline; “Messiah” is the video being described.
Which video shows the scene?
POPline reported the Jesus-lap scene in a preview published June 26, 2025, ahead of the announced June 27 release of “Messiah.” The preview also described Sevdaliza dancing while lying on a red cross. These are the outlet’s descriptions of scenes in the video, not evidence that the imagery has one universally agreed meaning. POPline’s June 26 preview
The titles can be easy to mix up because “Alibi” is the better-known earlier release referenced in the headline. Apple Music catalogs “Alibi” as a 2024 single and video, and “Messiah” as a 2025 single and music video. They are separate works. Apple Music’s Sevdaliza catalog
How did Sevdaliza frame “Messiah”?
A June 27, 2025 article by Bong Mines Entertainment described the song as addressing feminine power, queer desire, and self-determination. It also reported that the track had first been teased during the “Alibi” era. The article attributes this statement to Sevdaliza:

“‘Messiah’ is a hymn for every woman, queer soul, and beautiful misfit who was told to hush their hunger, hide their skin or doubt their own divinity. I turn that shame into gospel: the body becomes a temple, pleasure becomes prophecy, and love, unbound by rule or ritual, rises as the only true religion.”
This is her perspective as quoted in that article, rather than an independently verified interview transcript. Bong Mines Entertainment’s article

What do the listed video credits say?
A third-party video page listing credits names Tanu Muiño as director, Sevdaliza as executive producer, and DRAMA as the production company; it gives Tbilisi 2025 as the location. These details are attributed to that page’s credit listing, rather than independently confirmed by the production company. Videoblogs.com’s video and credit listing
