Ron Perlman’s Fallout work spans recurring game narration, two game voice roles, and an appearance in the television series’ second season. That adds up to four role categories—not four established, separately named characters. The TV interview confirms his appearance but does not identify the character by name.
What are Ron Perlman’s four Fallout roles?
The count combines work across games and television. It treats Perlman’s recurring narration as one role, rather than counting each narrated game as a separate character.

Who does Perlman play in the Fallout show?
GQ confirms that Perlman appears in the second season, but the interview excerpt reviewed for this article does not name his character. Perlman described the figure as “one of the remnants of the dust heap upon which civilization is trying to rebuild itself.” That gives a glimpse of the character’s place in the post-apocalyptic setting, not a credited name.

No. His reported Fallout 4 credit is the opening newscaster, not the player character. Bethesda says the game’s two voiced protagonist roles were performed by Brian T. Delaney and Courtenay Taylor. See Bethesda’s Fallout 4 voice-actor announcement.
