Raphael Saadiq’s No Bandwidth: One Man, One Night, Three Decades of Hits was a solo, story-led retrospective—not a conventional band tour. The 2025 U.S. run paired career stories with music from Tony! Toni! Toné!, Lucy Pearl, Saadiq’s solo catalog and his production work. The run has ended; as of October 2026, Live Nation listed no upcoming shows.
What was the No Bandwidth show?
Saadiq described No Bandwidth as a one-man show built in three acts. His stated plan was to talk about his career, bring a couple of instruments, perform original songs and covers, and give the evening a theatrical, Broadway-like feel. The concept covered his career from the early 1990s onward.

In its July 8, 2025 report, the Associated Press characterized the performance as interweaving stories from Saadiq’s life with music from Tony! Toni! Toné!, Lucy Pearl and his solo catalog. The Durham Performing Arts Center’s announcement also included selections connected to his production work. These descriptions point to a mix of storytelling and music rather than a standard greatest-hits set.
“I’ve always wanted to do a one-man show. I want to challenge myself. My one-person show has three acts; I will be talking about my career, bringing a couple of instruments to express myself, singing my original music as well as covers of songs I wish I had written, and more. I want it to feel magical and like a Broadway show.”

When did the 2025 U.S. tour take place?
The Associated Press reported on July 8, 2025, that the tour would begin September 7 in Sacramento and was expected to run into mid-October. DPAC’s July 8 announcement listed the following September and early-October dates. That announcement was not a complete final itinerary.

Later venue pages document additional October stops: the Chicago Theatre lists an October 8, 2025 performance, and Taft Theatre documents an October 10 Cincinnati show. Taft described its announcement as covering 22 new fall dates; that venue’s expansion count is not an independently audited total itinerary.
Were phones allowed at the shows?
Rules varied by venue, so a device restriction listed for one performance should not be assumed to have applied at every stop. DPAC prohibited phones, cameras and recording devices, including smart watches, and said it would use Yondr pouches that were unlocked after the show. The Chicago Theatre listing also named tablets, laptops and Bluetooth-enabled headphones. These were local event instructions; check the relevant venue’s event page for the policy that applied to a specific date.

What music connects with the show?
For a closer listen to Saadiq’s solo catalog, DPAC’s announcement named Ray Ray, his 2004 album, as that month’s Vinyl Club release. That establishes the album’s place in the announcement’s catalog-release context; it does not establish current availability from any particular retailer.

No. The 2025 U.S. run is over, and Live Nation’s artist listing showed no upcoming shows when checked in October 2026. That listing reflects its status at that time, not a guarantee about future announcements.
