This editorial ranking weighs repeated direct targeting, the length and public response of a feud, and its cultural footprint—not just the number of insults. It includes individuals alongside two non-person targets and Eminem himself, because a frequently cited tally counts people, groups, associations, and self-directed material together. The order is therefore a reasoned ranking, not an audited statistic.
How to read this ranking
The most useful available count is a 2019 tally by Ben’s Big Blog, reproduced by Eminem.news. It covers ten studio albums and reports 135 people and associations. Its reported figures include Kim (125), Eminem himself (81), Benzino (73), Christopher Reeve (44), Donald Trump (44), Insane Clown Posse (40), Michael Jackson (39), Eminem’s father (38), Ja Rule (33), Machine Gun Kelly (27), and Mariah Carey (18). These are that project’s counts, not independently verified totals or a complete career-wide audit; the accessible account does not establish enough counting rules to reproduce them. A song can address multiple targets, and the tally includes categories beyond individual people.

The ranking below uses that tally as one signal, while also considering whether a target was unmistakably identified, whether the exchange recurred or drew a public response, and how prominent it became. Because the evidence supports a mixture of people, a group, an institution, and Eminem himself, the list says “people and targets” rather than pretending all 20 entries are individuals. The positions are editorial, especially where the tally and the prominence of a feud point in different directions.
The 20 most prominent recurring targets and diss subjects
-
Kim
Kim leads the reproduced tally with 125 entries. That number makes her the clearest answer under its ten-album counting method, though it should not be read as a verified count of career-wide insults. The source’s table identifies her only as “Kim”; this ranking does not infer further details beyond that attribution.

The Eminem Show- EMINEM THE EMINEM SHOW
-
Benzino
The tally reports 73 entries for Benzino, placing him among Eminem’s most frequently counted targets. The dispute also appears in an archive of diss recordings, including tracks that address more than one opponent. Those multi-target songs make a simple one-feud-per-track count misleading.
-
Eminem himself
The same tally assigns 81 entries to Eminem or “himself.” That is self-directed material, not a person he feuded with, which is why it belongs in a list of counted targets but not in a strict list of other people. Its high placement also shows how much the result depends on what “dissed” means.
-
Ja Rule
Ben’s Big Blog’s tally reports 33 entries for Ja Rule. Eminem’s diss-track record includes recordings aimed at Ja Rule, Benzino, or both; “Doe Rae Me (Hailie’s Revenge),” “Bump Heads,” and “Bully” appear in an archive of those targets. Eminem’s role should be kept distinct from the larger 50 Cent–Ja Rule conflict.
-
Machine Gun Kelly
The 2019 tally reports 27 entries for Machine Gun Kelly. The best-known exchange includes Eminem’s “Not Alike,” Kelly’s response “Rap Devil,” and Eminem’s “Killshot.” The sequence became a prominent public back-and-forth, but it is not the only later reference to Kelly.

Curtain Call- Originally released on December 6, 2005, Curtain Call - The Hits features Eminem's most popular songs from his first 4 albums and the 8 Mile soundtrack, released through Aftermath/Interscope
-
Mariah Carey
Carey’s dispute with Eminem stretched across years. Global News reports that Eminem addressed Carey and her then-husband Nick Cannon in “Bagpipes from Baghdad” (2009), and that Carey released “Obsessed” the following month. Eminem later revisited the dispute in “Lord Above” (2019). Eminem claimed he and Carey had previously been involved; Carey denied they had ever been together. That disputed claim is not established fact.
-
Nick Cannon
Cannon was directly drawn into the 2009 “Bagpipes from Baghdad” exchange as Carey’s husband at the time, and the dispute resurfaced in “Lord Above.” His place here reflects his role in a recurring public exchange, not a claim that Eminem targeted him as often as Carey.
-
Christopher Reeve
The reproduced count assigns Reeve 44 entries, tied with Donald Trump and above several better-known feud opponents. That is a striking example of why frequency and feud prominence are different measures: the count identifies a recurring subject, but does not establish the number of separate tracks or the context of each reference.
-
Donald Trump
The same tally reports 44 entries for Trump. His position reflects that source-specific count; it should not be mistaken for 44 separate diss tracks. The available tally does not provide a track-by-track breakdown here.

SaleMusic To Be Murdered By - Side B (Deluxe Edition) [2 CD]- Eminem is back with "Music To Be Murdered By - Side B" Deluxe Edition
-
Michael Jackson
Jackson appears with 39 entries in the ten-album tally. As with Reeve and Trump, the figure is a count from that project rather than a verified number of songs or a measure of a sustained feud.
-
Eminem’s father
The tally reports 38 entries for Eminem’s father. This is a personal subject in the count, not a celebrity feud comparable to the public exchanges with Ja Rule or Kelly. The source does not provide a separate track list for the number.
-
Everlast
Everlast appears in WatchMojo’s editorial countdown of celebrities Eminem dissed. That list ranks memorable celebrity targets rather than measuring frequency, so it supports Everlast as a notable subject but does not establish a comparable count.
-
Christina Aguilera
Aguilera is also included in WatchMojo’s celebrity countdown. Her inclusion reflects the cultural visibility of the reference, rather than an independently established tally of repeated targeting.

-
Britney Spears
Spears appears in WatchMojo’s editorial list of celebrity diss subjects. The source offers no common count methodology that would let her number of references be compared directly with Kim’s or Benzino’s tally.
-
Will Smith
Smith is another celebrity named in WatchMojo’s countdown. This ranking places him among the recognizable one-off or less sustained targets, rather than treating an editorial countdown position as proof of repeated attacks.
-
Kevin Federline
Federline is included in WatchMojo’s list, which places him at number 20 in its own entertainment-focused countdown. That placement is not a frequency result and does not determine his position here.
-
Sarah Palin
Palin appears among the celebrity and public-figure targets in WatchMojo’s countdown. The available material does not provide a verified count or a sustained feud chronology for her, so her placement is based on prominence rather than repetition.

-
Canibus
Canibus is part of the broader candidate pool for an editorial ranking of Eminem diss subjects, but the available source material does not provide a count or a detailed chronology for him. His position is consequently less secure than that of targets supported by the reproduced tally or an identified exchange.
-
Joe Budden
Joe Budden is another candidate in the editorial pool, but the available materials do not establish a comparable frequency count or give a track-by-track account. His inclusion should be read as a lower-confidence selection, not a statistical finding.
-
Insane Clown Posse
This is a group, not an individual, and therefore does not satisfy a strict “people” category. It is included transparently because the reproduced count reports 40 entries for Insane Clown Posse, illustrating why broad target tallies cannot be converted into a clean ranking of individual people.
Why a count and a famous-feud list produce different answers
A frequency tally rewards repeated references, including passing mentions and self-directed material. A celebrity countdown instead selects exchanges that are memorable or entertaining. That is why Carey can top WatchMojo’s “Top 20 Celebs Dissed By Eminem” while the reproduced count lists Kim, Eminem himself, and Benzino at the top. Neither list answers every meaning of “most”; they use different yardsticks.

The archive listing “Doe Rae Me (Hailie’s Revenge),” “Bump Heads,” and “Bully” identifies records aimed at Benzino, Ja Rule, or both. Counting each entire track for only one person would conceal that overlap. Likewise, the Carey-Cannon exchange involves two people, but the reported allegation about Carey’s relationship with Eminem remains disputed.
Quick Recap
What this ranking can—and cannot—establish
- It can show: which names recur in a particular ten-album tally and which public exchanges are prominent in the cited coverage.
- It cannot show: a verified career-wide total, a consistent count of tracks per person, or an objective order covering every Eminem release.
- It should not imply: that every celebrity named in an editorial countdown was the subject of a sustained feud, or that a group and an individual are equivalent targets.
