KPop Demon Hunters tops Netflix’s global all-time movie chart, with 325.1 million views in its first 91 days. The ranking, checked on October 4, 2026, compares each film’s viewing during that same 91-day window—not its lifetime audience.
Netflix’s 10 most-watched movies of all time
Netflix Tudum labels its list “Global | All Time.” The chart ranks films by views in their first 91 days of release. The figures below are the values displayed on the live chart when checked on October 4, 2026; rankings and counts can change.

What Netflix means by “most-watched”
The chart’s ranking is based on total views in a film’s first 91 days of release. It is a like-for-like opening-window comparison, not a count of all viewing since release. It therefore does not establish lifetime views, unique viewers, completion rates or how many people watched a film all the way through.

Netflix also displays hours viewed, but that number does not determine the rank. For example, Don’t Look Up has fewer first-91-day views than Carry-On (171.4 million versus 172.1 million), yet more hours viewed (408.6 million versus 344.1 million). Runtime offers context for that difference: Don’t Look Up runs 2 hours 23 minutes, compared with Carry-On at 2 hours. The chart does not say that hours viewed measure completed watches.
Why this is different from Netflix’s viewing reports
Netflix’s What We Watched reports use a separate measurement window: they report hours viewed across a six-month period, rather than ranking films by their first 91 days. In its report for January–June 2026, published July 16, Netflix said members watched more than 97 billion hours on the platform during that half-year. That is platform-wide context, not a figure to add to or compare directly with a movie’s first-91-day views.
Netflix says it plans to move from six-month viewing snapshots to a yearly snapshot beginning in Q1 2027. Its report also says the company considers both viewing quantity and audience experience quality; the all-time movie chart itself measures the former, not a quality verdict. Not necessarily. The chart is global, but Netflix cautions that some titles may not be available in every region. Catalog availability changes, so check the title in Netflix for your country rather than assuming every film is currently streamable where you live. Netflix’s Top 10 lists also cover selected countries and territories; those regional lists are not the same as this global all-time ranking.
