For a future Morgan Wallen show, check its Ticketmaster listing and Morgan Wallen’s official channels; any new presale will have its own dates and rules.
Why the 2024 presale code is no longer available
Registration for the One Night At A Time 2024 tour closed on October 1, 2023, and Ticketmaster scheduled its registration presales for October 4 and 5, 2023. Those dates have passed, so there is no new 2024 code to request or reuse for another event.
The process was advance registration, not an open code giveaway. Fans selected preferred shows; Ticketmaster randomly selected some registrants for a sale time and a unique code, while others could be waitlisted. A registration confirmation only meant the signup had been received—it was not an invitation to buy.
How the 2024 Ticketmaster process worked
- Fans could register for up to three shows and update their choices before registration closed.
- Selected fans were sent a unique code by text the evening before their sale. Waitlisted fans could be selected later if tickets remained.
- To enter the sale, fans used the link in the text, signed in to the Ticketmaster account used for registration, and entered the code when prompted.
- Codes were account-specific and could not be bought, sold, or shared. Even with a code, tickets were not guaranteed; purchases were first come, first served.
Ticketmaster’s 2024 tour article put the limitation plainly: “Registration does not guarantee you’ll get a code, and receiving a code does not guarantee you will get a ticket.”

How to check for a future Morgan Wallen presale
- Open Morgan Wallen’s Ticketmaster artist page and check whether the specific show you want is listed. The page reported that the North American Still The Problem Tour concluded in 2026 and recommends adding the artist to Favorites for concert alerts.
- Read that event’s sale details for its registration deadline, sale date and time zone, eligibility requirements, and whether it requires a code. Follow the listing rather than assuming a past process will apply.
- Check Morgan Wallen’s official channels for event-specific signup instructions. Ticketmaster’s general guidance says artist presales are often accessed through an artist signup page linked from the artist page or social channels; some require a code, while others may grant access without one.
- If you sign up, use the account and contact details specified for that sale. Ticketmaster recommends signing in, checking billing and contact information, and joining the waiting room before the sale begins.
Other possible presale routes include Ticketmaster or Live Nation offers, credit-card, fan-club, radio, Spotify, and venue presales. These are possibilities, not confirmed options for a future Morgan Wallen show; not every event has presales. Ticketmaster’s current guidance explains where to find a code or offer and how artist presales work: Where Do I Get a Presale or Offer Code? and How Do I Sign Up and Access Tickets Through an Artist’s Presale?
What the 2024 announcement said
Morgan Wallen announced the extension on September 29, 2023, saying he could not reach every stadium he wanted to in 2023 and would continue the tour in 2024. His official announcement said 10 additional U.S. stadium dates had been added and described the advance-registration process. Fans who had bought tickets to the canceled Oxford, Mississippi show in April 2023 were offered an earlier presale, with details sent directly to those ticket holders. The announcement also mentioned VIP packages and experiences; that historical mention does not establish current availability or terms. See the official tour announcement.
