What was reported about the Tahoe visit?
Hollywood Life reported on July 12, 2023, that Pacheco appeared in a video from the previous day at Renner’s Lake Tahoe ranch. The outlet attributed the video to Renner’s friend Rory Millikin and said it had since been deleted. Hollywood Life’s report did not establish that Renner and Pacheco saw or spoke to one another during the visit.

Any claim that Pacheco stayed for multiple days should be treated as secondhand reporting attributed to the outlet that made it; it was not established by the video-based sighting itself. The reason for the visit was not confirmed.
Did the sighting mean Renner and Pacheco got back together?
No. A report that Pacheco was at Renner’s ranch is not evidence of a romantic reconciliation. The available coverage did not establish that they interacted, much less that the visit was romantic. Renner and Pacheco share a daughter and remain connected as co-parents.

In July 2025, Renner spoke about that relationship in an interview with The Guardian. Parade reported his words: “Her mom and I get along very well, and we’re in each other’s lives.” That later comment describes their co-parenting relationship; it does not explain the 2023 visit. Was Pacheco’s relationship with Nathan Thompson “on the rocks”?
That phrase reflected speculation in July 2023, not a confirmed breakup. AceShowbiz tied the speculation to reports that Pacheco and Thompson had unfollowed each other and removed photos from social media. Those actions, as reported at the time, did not confirm whether they had split. AceShowbiz’s report did not establish their current relationship status either.

Accordingly, the Tahoe sighting and the “on the rocks” claim are separate stories: neither confirms the other, and neither establishes what Pacheco’s relationship with Thompson is now.

- Reported sighting: Hollywood Life described a video posted by Millikin that showed Pacheco at Renner’s ranch; the video was later deleted.
- Length of visit: A multi-day stay was attributed to another outlet, rather than established by the video report.
- Relationship speculation: The claim about trouble with Thompson relied on social-media behavior and did not amount to a confirmed breakup announcement.
- Later co-parenting context: Renner’s 2025 comments, as reported by Parade from a Guardian interview, show that he said he and Pacheco get along. They do not establish the purpose of the earlier visit.
Coverage of Renner and Pacheco’s contentious 2019 custody dispute included serious allegations. They are not needed to establish what was reported about the 2023 Tahoe sighting, so they should not be treated as evidence about this visit.
