Lauren Pisciotta, Ye’s former assistant, alleged in civil complaints that he drugged and sexually assaulted her, then made additional allegations in later filings. What did Lauren Pisciotta allege?
Pisciotta first sued Ye in June 2024, alleging sexual harassment and employment-related misconduct. The Los Angeles Times reported that she said she worked for him from July 2021 to October 2022 and was denied a promised $4 million salary. That figure is an amount she alleged, not a verified payment.

In an amended complaint filed in October 2024, Pisciotta alleged that she and others were served drinks at a Santa Monica studio session co-hosted by Ye and Sean “Diddy” Combs. She said she became disoriented after drinking and later woke feeling ill and confused; she alleged that she learned years later that she had been sexually assaulted. These are allegations in her complaint, not independently established facts. The Washington Post quoted the complaint describing her as having “began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state”; that phrase is complaint language, not a verified medical finding.
How the allegations changed in later filings
June 2024: Initial lawsuit
The initial suit alleged sexual harassment and employment-related misconduct. A Ye representative characterized the initial allegations as “baseless” and accused Pisciotta of coercion, blackmail, and extortion, according to the Los Angeles Times. That response concerned the original claims and should not be treated as a response to every allegation added later.

October 2024: Amended complaint
The amended complaint added Pisciotta’s account of the Santa Monica studio session and her allegation that she was drugged and sexually assaulted. The Washington Post’s account describes allegations in the filing; it does not establish that the events occurred.
July 2025: Further allegations
A further amended complaint alleged that Ye forced Pisciotta to perform oral sex, sexually assaulted her during her employment at Yeezy, engaged in sexual activity with employees at Yeezy offices, and stalked her after she filed her initial suit. The Los Angeles Times reported that representatives for Ye and his brands had not immediately responded to its request for comment on those allegations at the time of publication.

Was the lawsuit settled?
Yes. On July 29, 2026, Pisciotta’s legal team filed a notice of settlement of the entire case and requested dismissal with prejudice in Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to the Los Angeles Times. Dismissal with prejudice means the complaint cannot be refiled. Her attorney, Arick Fudali, told the paper, “The matter has been resolved.”
The report did not disclose settlement terms, so it does not establish whether money was paid, whether Ye admitted wrongdoing, or whether the agreement included confidentiality terms. A settlement resolves a legal dispute; on its own, it is not a finding that the allegations were true or false. The report said a legal representative for Ye did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
