Yes. Heather Rae El Moussa, then known professionally as Heather Rae Young, was Playboy’s Miss February 2010 and appeared as Playmate of the Month. She later described the experience as meaningful to her career, while saying in 2020 that she would not pose again at that point in her life.
When did Heather Rae Young appear in Playboy?
Young was Playboy’s February 2010 Playmate. In a contemporaneous interview with MotorTrend, she called being chosen one of the magazine’s 12 featured women of the year an honor and said it had been a lifelong dream. Retrospective coverage also identifies her as a centerfold.
How did she describe the experience later?
Her account of the shoot
In 2020, Young recalled a two-week shoot and said she chose a “mountain girl” theme inspired by where she grew up. Fox News reported those details from an interview with Playboy.com and characterized her account as describing the experience as empowering.
Her views on posing again
In August 2020, Young said, “I was a centerfold so long ago and I shot the magazine a few other times.” She expressed gratitude for the opportunities Playboy had given her, but said she would not pose again at that stage of her life.

Did she regret posing for Playboy?
No. In a November 2021 interview with The Sun, as reported by Fox News, Young said she had no regrets and called the experience career-defining. She described its effect in personal terms: “It catapulted my career, it changed my life, it was the most defining moment in my life.” That is her assessment; the available reporting does not independently measure how much the appearance affected her career.
