Fortnite’s Fantastic Four crossover is no longer upcoming: Epic scheduled the outfits for the Item Shop on July 25, 2025, and the Fantastic Four Cup for July 23, 2025. The event featured Human Torch, The Thing, Mister Fantastic, and Invisible Woman. Epic’s announcement does not establish whether the cosmetics are currently available or when they might return.
When did the Fantastic Four arrive in Fortnite?
Epic announced the crossover on July 21, 2025. Its official Fortnite announcement scheduled the outfits to land in the Item Shop on July 25, 2025, at 8 PM ET. That was the initial release timing, not a current or recurring schedule.
The Fantastic Four Cup was scheduled for July 23, 2025. Both dates have passed. The official announcement does not confirm present-day Item Shop availability or a future return date, so neither should be assumed.
Which characters and cosmetics were included?
The crossover featured the four members of Marvel’s Fantastic Four, with cosmetics tied to their characters:

Epic described some pickaxes as universal, meaning they could be used with other outfits. The announcement’s item details are the best guide to what was included in the original release; they do not indicate that the items remain in the Shop. TechRadar’s July 22, 2025 coverage also connected the cosmetics to The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
How did the Fantastic Four Cup work?
Epic described the Cup as a Battle Royale Squads competition. During the event, squads could play up to ten matches within a three-hour, region-specific window. Top-scoring squads in each region could unlock all four outfits and the full Fantastic Four Bundle.

Epic’s listed eligibility requirements included verified two-factor authentication and an Account Level of at least 50; cabined accounts were ineligible. Those requirements applied to participation in the 2025 competition and are not current instructions for a live event.

Can you still get the outfits, and will they return?
The announcement documents a past tournament reward route and the original Item Shop launch date. It does not say whether any of the cosmetics are currently in the Shop, nor does it provide a return date. Treat any claim of a confirmed rerun as unverified unless Epic publishes a new listing or announcement.

Not on the evidence of the partnership announcement alone. On February 7, 2024, Disney and Epic announced a multiyear collaboration involving a Disney-connected universe interoperating with Fortnite and named Marvel among several Disney franchises. That announcement did not provide a Fantastic Four content calendar or predict another crossover. It also said Disney would invest $1.5 billion to acquire an equity stake in Epic, subject to customary closing conditions; that is historical context, not confirmation of present operations or future in-game content.
